Calm pocket in a small but busy airport.
Noemi was friendly and patient with my questions and special needs.

Bar waitress provided bad attitude and very little service. The bad attitude started when I asked for a menu. Instead of explaining that they moved entirely to the website ordering, she responded tapping her nails on the counter and said the menu is right there.
Ordered skewers small plate. Beef was overcooked and tough. Pita may have been microwaved and tasted stale despite the seasoning. The tziziki sauce was tasty as well as the salad with vinegtette.
The manager was responsive to a complaint on her service, but I doubt much will come from it.
Seek hospitality and decent food elsewhere. I wish I had.

I went there for breakfast. I was alone sitting on a table, no one coming to me or even bothered to acknowledge me. They were attending the group tables ( to get bigger tip I guess). I had to literally call them to get my order as they were simply ignoring me.
They brought the food after 30 mins and guess what? The food was wrong!! I told her and they changed it after another 20 minutes.

Service tried to claim that we didn’t pay the bill even though we showed them the receipt and they took multiple pictures. Random people were yelling at us for no reason.

Wolfgang Puck should remove his name from this location immediately! Our table still had dishes from the previous people eating. My girlfriend had to bus our table before we ordered as the manager was so rude when we asked if someone could clear the table he said rudely are you ordering anything. I wouldn’t need the table if I wasn’t ordering. We ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich. The service finally came after we sat and ordered through the app 30 minutes prior. She only brought my burger that looked overcooked and old. Then she told my girlfriend they are out of chicken sandwiches she then ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad and the chicken is out dated and visibly gross. This has been an awful experience and I hope we aren’t vomiting after we board our plane. Save yourself the time money and possibly a trip to the ER. Don’t go here. Eat from a vending machine first.

Stopped at Wolfgang Puck in the Columbus Airport and ordered the Italian pizza. It was good overall, though it could’ve used a bit more cheese and another minute in the oven for that perfect crust. Service was friendly and efficient — better than you’d expect for an airport spot.

Wolfgang Puck – Columbus Airport: A Disappointing (and Overpriced) Breakfast
I don’t write many reviews, but this experience made no sense and needs to be addressed. Yes, airport dining is always overpriced—but for what seemed like microwaved, prepackaged food, this was borderline insulting.
I ordered French toast that was completely bland. The “crispy potatoes” were okay at best—and I somehow ended up with two orders because it wasn’t clear the omelet already came with potatoes. The omelet itself? Flavorless, with bacon that somehow tasted like nothing at all. I think the omelet was pre packaged and tossed in a microwave. The toast was just hard bread.
To top it off, I had to ask for syrup. My server said she’d get it, but made three separate trips to the kitchen and back without bringing it. When she finally did, I found out it wasn’t even prepped for the morning rush—she had to dig through storage, open boxes, and pour it on the spot. How is syrup not ready at breakfast time?
I’m not a chronic complainer, but sometimes you have to speak up so businesses have the chance to fix things. Unfortunately, this was a poor excuse for an overpriced breakfast—and I’d strongly suggest skipping it if you have other options.

The chicken sandwich with apple coleslaw was actually pretty good. All things considered I was happy with the quality of the airport food.
Unfortunately, the chicken was fried on the outside and pretty raw on the inside. It happens, however, right before you get on a long flight is not the time to figure out if you’re going to get food poisoning or not.
I don’t know if this is a reoccurring thing here but otherwise the sandwich was great! I would’ve liked to finish it.

This was hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had at this restaurant — and quite possibly anywhere. From the moment we walked in, the service was shockingly bad. We stood at the counter for a full 15 minutes while the staff blatantly ignored us. Not one person acknowledged us or had the decency to say they’d be with us shortly.
When we finally placed our order, the issues just kept piling up. We both ordered the classic breakfast, which clearly states on the menu board that it includes eggs, bacon, and sausage. What we got? Just bacon — no sausage in sight.
When I pointed this out to the manager, instead of fixing the mistake or even offering a basic apology, she snapped at me and said, “I know what the sign says, but you only get one — either bacon or sausage.” She admitted the sign says one thing but flat-out told me she didn’t care. No apology. No attempt to make it right. Just arrogance and condescension.
I was stunned at how rude and dismissive she was. I wasn’t being unreasonable — I was pointing out a clear discrepancy between what was advertised and what was served. The fact that she got irritated with me for bringing it up is outrageous.
The staff is slow, disorganized, and clearly doesn’t care about customers. The food is mediocre at best, and considering the high prices, this place is an absolute rip-off. I left frustrated, disrespected, and completely disappointed. I will never come back, and I strongly recommend that others stay away. This place is a joke.

Horrible experience! We ordered meatball from small plate section using the online order at the table. The waitress didn't even know we ordered it. When I asked, she was shocked because they don't make meatballs. 😲 Then I asked for a refund. They didn't refund the tax. The waitress said there is no food tax. Apparently, sitting down has food tax. So we asked the manager. He was so rude and also said there is no food tax until we showed him the receipt. Then he said he will just give us $2. He doesn't even have the right billing system to calculate the amount. No apologies or anything!! Btw, my skewers are supposed to have ziziki sauce -none! Basil and shrimp pizza with extra basil has NO basil at all!!!!! I wish I can give -5 stars

Warm beer with cold fries. Wait staff was largely missing in action and could care less when found.
