While I recently checked out the place on line I’ve not yet been there but planning soon. I along with others would visit often during first Saturday gallery hop.

Those visits ended with the lack of area parking as it had been years ago plus some had to do with the engineered social disruption of the 2020 era sickness.

But working on getting pack this month.

I have been going here on & off for over 5 years & has given me great memories with those I love. You can take your order to go & they have amazing tea options. Staff is great. We had Kayla & she was so patient & on point! Oh! Try the pumpkin cheesecake 🤎

I enjoy coming here and the aesthetic inside.

Some of their drinks & food tend to be very bland like with any kind of latte you get or soups.
But I do enjoy all of their fruit teas and dumplings. Mainly the dumpling sauce. Their dumpling sauce here is so much tastier than their other location (just straight up soy sauce).

Stopped this special Asian restaurant for lunch. Highly recommended miso ramen with toppings of shrimp tempuras. It came with three large shrimp tempuras, melting egg, grilled vegetables and decent ramen. One issue was that there was only one waiter during lunch who could not take care of every table.

I went here for the first time today. The tea and food were good with a ton of options especially in the way of tea. Our tea was brought over slightly incorrect though it was fixed. The descriptions on some of the food are not well done either so be sure to ask especially if you have any dietary restrictions. The service was a bit slow considering it was nearly empty but this happens to the best of places. The one thing that did bug me was the server made some comments to us that I'm sure were meant to be funny, but to me, they were not. For instance, he would say things such as "chair one is looking at her phone with no regard to her sad looking friend," etc. It was just odd and not quite welcome, considering he did not know why she was on her phone.

Vegetarian options: There are a variety of vegetarian options just be aware nothing is clearly labeled.

Dietary restrictions: Nothing is labeled according to any dietary restrictions and the staff will have to check for you.

Parking: Street parking only with pay by time. Depending where you go you have to download a parking app to pay.

I'm pretty sure they pump magic into the air here. The tea is super flavorful with tons of naturally decaf options. The food here is also delicious, I get the tea cookies everytime I go. I got salmon here a year ago and I still think about the light perfectly cooked carmelization on it. My friends and I make sure we go here everytime everyone is in town.

This place is a hit or miss but the current staff is horrible. They are so clueless and let ready orders sit for up to 20 mins before actually bringing it to the table. We had to wait over an hour just to get our teas and an additional 30 minutes just to get our food which arrived cold- the place wasn’t even busy. The food was flavorless and the recipes keep changing so serious lack of consistency. On top of that, I ordered everything vegetarian for the table yet they thought it was a smart idea to put chicken on my carry out order without even checking with me. I was a regular customer here, but I don’t plan on coming back until they hire some competent staff.

First time, I wanna try and come back when I’m not sick. But the soup and tea I got were so hot I couldn’t consume either when I got it. I could’ve only imagined if I ordered in ?

We took my Mom here for her birthday because my daughter and I had enjoyed it and thought she was too. Unfortunately, the service was perhaps the worst I have ever experienced. We were seat, given menus and then no one came back for thirty minutes. It wasn't that crowded and I tried to get the attention of the waitress twice but she refused to look up at us or stop. I eventually ordered at the counter. Twenty or thirty minutes later our tea came but at the hour and half mark our food still hadn't arrived and no one had checked on us. Other people who got there after us had their food so I eventually asked at the counter again. It turns out they had never given the kitchen our order but said it would be "fast" and "within 10 minutes." Ten minutes came and went and someone finally checked on us. I said that the experience had been terrible, he checked with the kitchen, came back in another 10 minutes and said it should be ready in another 10 minutes. At that point, we had waited over 2 hours and gave up. No apology or discount on the drinks, they just canceled our order. Terrible experience especially for a birthday meal!

I wanted to love this place. It was good. I prefer to brew with more leaf. It looked to be less than 5 gm to me. I wish I was given a gaiwan instead of a teapot with a strainer for the session. So, it wasn't a lot of leaf and you had to use a lot of water to get the strainer under water. It was more of a western brewing instead of gong fu. I did like the tea (Oriental beauty) even if was lighter than I like.
