Went here to watch a Buckeye football game. The food was decent, drinks were cheap, atmosphere was great. However, the two bartenders consistently stayed on the right side of the bar, completely ignoring half of the patrons on the other side. We had to keep politely flagging them down which was irritating. At one point I stood next to a guy (who had been at the bar waiting before me) for fifteen minutes before I finally started waving my hands around, only to receive an eye roll from the bartender as she reluctantly came to serve us.

We planned to just stop here for a beer on our way up to campus for the game (Minnesota / homecoming '25) and ended up staying most of the day. It was hot out and the ac felt good. The bartenders did an amazing job keeping up with the bar as it filled up with fans. They had a good variety of games to watch and even when I had a misunderstanding with a waitress, she took it upon herself to come over and express her regret for how her words came out. It wasn't necessary at all, but speaks to a level of contentiousness that seems to be lacking these days. Not only to think it but to take 30 seconds and do something about it. Overall, it was a great place to hang for a beer or for several hours. Highly recommended if you are down in Vic Village!!

My friend and I were looking for a nice lovely dive bar. Bartenders were fast and attentive, food was actually amazing and fresh, crowd was not too old not too young. It was extremely loud haha but for a Friday night that’s expected and after a few drinks we were loud too. I will say I got the same drink three times poured by three different bartenders and they all tasted different. Last one had the best mix though for sure. We’re looking to making this our Friday night vibe. Thanks for the good time Zenos!! ❤️🎉

Haven't been here in 20+ years... Same great bar, but the food seems to be way better than I remember. All the food items we ordered were all delicious And piping hot right out of the kitchen. Highly recommend!!!

Caution: bartender is extremely sensitive to sounds.
Please be mindful when patronizing this establishment. The gentleman behind the bar politely scolded us for cheering. He stated the noise we generated on a Saturday night, over which you could still clearly hear the music, was causing him to develop a headache. We departed quickly as to not inflict any more pain with our reckless joy. The afflicted employee was wearing a Deftones t-shirt and I pray only that he not listen to their music as their noise may cause irreparable damage to his itty bitty ears.
This is an okay bar, just be sure to keep your fun to a minimum as to not disturb the boy.
Old school neighborhood bar. Great beer selection, friendly bartenders, decent fried food. When big games are on, the out-of-neighborhood people come in so it can be a mixed bag but during the week, it’s mostly local people.
