Walked in to grab a juice and went to the counter to ring up my order, the two workers were peeling bananas one of them dropped a peeled banana onto the floor and put it back in the bin with the rest of the bananas. Very gross and unsanitary!!!! Will not be coming here again

I have had multiple poor experiences at this establishment. There is an employee at the Grandview location that has continually been rude, unpleasant and extremely curt each time I have come in. She has acted as if it was a problem to serve me. The atmosphere is unwelcoming and the people are not kind. Do not spend your money at an establishment that does not value their customers. I can’t speak for all locations, but this one is a 0/10.

don’t understand the negative reviews, the staff was soooo so so sweet and my smoothie was really good:) i hadn’t been there before and they were even super friendly and patient when i was trying to find a replacement for orange juice in my smoothie!

This place went downhill ever since they started closing every location. The last couple times I ordered smoothies or bowl it never taste the same it’s either watery or not sweet also some of the staff are very stuck up I don’t think I’ll return here anymore

This is the worst açaí bowl I’ve ever had. It must’ve been the workers first day. I ordered the bliss bowl and it was supposed to have bananas, strawberries, and coconut. I also added granola as well which they charged me for. The bowl did not have bananas, coconut, and granola. Instead it came with peanut butter, blueberries, and strawberries.

I loved going to Zest when they had a location at Easton Town Center. I loved their roll bites, smoothie bowls, and juices. I have gone there only a few times since they now only have one location. I still love the options that they have. I hope this restaurant continues to stay in business!

I have not been to this location in a long time and I never leave reviews, but my acai bowl had zero taste.They went light on the toppings and I had to add peanut butter and lots of fruit to get any taste!

I have tried twice over the last two weeks to get juices. Once we stopped in and the juice bar was empty other than restore shots. The next I put in an order online and they called to tell me there was only had one juice (of the 4 I ordered) and they wouldn’t have more for 2 days. I just don’t understand how a juice place doesn’t have juice?

Ist time ever...loved it. My favorite was the Coffee Cashew Milk and the Lush. But my grandson liked the Charcoal Lemonade. The Vitamin Cbus is great for the top of the morning.
