Zhu Shi Fu Barbecue （朱师傅烧烤）

Awesome food!! Fantastic tender lamb and beef skewers, wonderfully smoky garlicky eggplant, deliciously spicy enough mushrooms. The corn with cheese is shockingly good as well. Seafood congee is nice and shrimpy. Overall, almost as good as the Chinese barbecue I had in Hong Kong.

This is an authentic and delicious Chinese style bbq place. Everything was fresh, tasty, and flavorful. My servers were attentive and the food came out quickly.
My friend and I ordered several dishes. Highly recommend their pork feet, eggplant, grilled fish, and lamb skewers. The eggplant and fish really impressed me. The baked cheese corn was a little too sweet for me. The fried rice and ramen tasted a little bland but they were perfectly matched with salty bbq skewers. The dining room was a little small, so it could take a long time to wait during dinner time.

We go here like atleast twice if not more a month. The food especially the skewers are the best!!! It always come out fresh too. The staff is nice as well. Best part its BYOB! Highly recommend this place!

The service and food are very good, I go here almost once a week. This is the only place in Ge Village where you can eat barbecue that is close to the domestic level. Come on, keep the business going for a long time so that we can have more delicious food?
Very authentic Chinese BbQ. My husband and I pretty much go once a week. As a Cantonese, their soup is pretty good too. Good luck with the business, we love the service and the food!

When I walked in, the guy said “all the tables are taken”. Literally that’s it. He didn’t offer the waitlist or anything. I said “ok so we’ll wait outside?”. He frowned and said “they are new tables. It will be about 30 minutes”. I said “ok” and waited outside. During that time, another group came in and wrote their number down and gave it to him. While we were waiting, he called them and they came in and got seated!! Another group came in and he was talking to them in Chinese eyeing a table that was about to open. That’s when we realized we weren’t going to be seated and we left without any acknowledgement still. Would love to have tried it!

The flavor is authentic. And the environment is clean and tidy!
