“Had to come by this newly paved DQ Drive thru. They have always served the best ..hot.. crispy ..flavorful chicken strips with gravy dipping sauce. I've always been pleased with the cleanliness and friendliness of this location. Especially being a hop jump and a skip away from the beautiful local park. My drive thru experience was pleasant. They asked questions to make sure my ordered was entered correctly. Of course, it always pleases me to come through and see a friendly smile. Unfortunately, I was being a piggy and spilled my sundae when taking off. Still a yummy bite. “It's a hit or miss usually for the fast food places, but this Burger King hit it out of the park. The food was hot and fresh, and the establishment was clean. We run from Alabama to Watertown NY twice a week, and I can guarantee we will be back every week. We would give it 10 stars if it were available.“
“Had to get some food because I had been driving for a long time and needed something. I went through the Drive Thru. Food came out almost immediately and was piping hot. Fries were crisp and salt was perfect. Never had a better experience at a McDonald’s.“
“The dining area is still closed. You are able to order from inside from open until 5pm.. Then it is drive thru only. I recommend using the phone app to get your orders, save money and build points for free food. You order on your phone before arrival and give the code from your phone. Right now I would arrive before 9pm to do so if ordering this way as there are still some issues with the internet and low staff during the closing shift.“
“Update: down a star. After our ice-cream settled we started to feel a little uneasy. Also the lemonade we got was watered down. Thinking the machine must have not been working properly. Stopped in for late lunch/early dinner while driving home from Niagara Falls on Monday. Ordered chicken nuggets, chicken sandwich, whopper, 3 ice creams , cheeseburger. Lemonade random but feeding 2 adults and 3 kids) Food tasted good, was warm and ice cream was decent. Would stop again if In the area. Employee was very nice. Appeared clean inside , we took the food to go.“
“I called yesterday to see what their Lenten specials are, and the girl on the phone could not be more exuberant and went into detail of everything that they had on the menu that was not meat. I ordered the ultimate fish sandwich which definitely lived up to its name, it was absolutely delicious. I chose baked. But I noticed on my slip the same girl gave me my food and her name was Kelsey G I just wanted to give a shout out of how wonderful she was and if she’s not manager, she should be! Keep up the good work your restaurant is fabulous.“
