Absolutely love this Pizzeria here in Conneaut, OHIO!
Since new ownership, I 1000% recommend trying several items from their menu. My family and I dine in/carry out about once a week. My husband switches between the Stromboli and the pepperoni pizza but personally I have had almost all the items on the menu.
Personal favorites are The BigFoot sandwich!! YUM!! And love the Jerk chicken pizza! The portion sizes are PLENTY. Even better, they always have desserts to choose...read full review
Since new ownership took over , Italian baked subs are missing something . Disappointing. Far less meat & no tomatoes , lettuce or any other veggies for that matter other than diced onions. Very bland . Basically tasted like a ham & cheese .I was afraid this would happen under the new ownership . We'll try once more , but not happy .

Franco's Pizzeria and Deli in Conneaut, OHIO is a gem that feels like walking into an Italian family's dining room. Since new ownership, the menu offers several items worth trying. The BigFoot sandwich and the Jerk chicken pizza are personal favorites, with portion sizes that are plenty. The pepperoni pizza is delicious with full flavor and homemade sauce. The Cheesesteak is fresh and tender, and the lobster roll is delightful and reasonably priced. The lasagna and the Mexican supreme, kinda like a calzone, are awesome. Desserts are always available. The decorations and color scheme are beautiful, and the service is wonderful. However, some reviews note that the Italian baked subs are disappointing under new ownership, with far less meat and no tomatoes, lettuce, or other veggies, tasting bland like ham and cheese. One experience included forgotten appetizers that were horrible, and the counter service could improve. Despite this, the pizzas are amazing, and the owner and staff are friendly.
