We just picked up our $100 order. It will be our last. Waited there 25 minutes and were shorted a pizza. The young man working the counter could not have been less bothered, wouldn't check the bags of food that were brought to him, and spent the entire time ignoring the 5 waiting customers. Instead, he was busy scrolling his phone while flirting with another employee. We were told we were waiting for our jo-jos so imagine our surprise when we got home and found those but an entire pizza was missing. Everything was cold by the time we got home since half the items were just sitting there for the 25 minutes while we were waiting. They need better employment screening or at least a manager on site.

Ordered a deep dish pizza. Nothing about it was deep.

We got take out and I found a bug in my pasta. Was really grossed out and disappointed.

Ordered a pizza got home it wasn't done had to put it in oven and finish it 🤣🤣

Waited about 15 minutes at my table before I went back to the front to let someone know that no one had come to the table yet. That's when they told me that I had to order at the front. That would have been nice to know when we were seated. Apparently, they assume everyone has already been there because the tables on either side of us didn't know either.... I had to tell them that they needed to order at the front of the restaurant. Ordered the food, and it came out wrong, so I sent it back, and it came out wrong the second time.

Ordered pepperoni with extra on half. I think I got double pepperoni. Pizza was burnt. Crust was black in places and top layer of pepperoni was the consistency of of potato chips. The edge of crust that wasn't black was to crunchy to eat.

Absolutely disappointing, I placed an order online to be picked up at 745 pm. I arrived around 740, the Pizza box was cold to the touch and the chicken was warm at best. I took the food home and reheated everything, only because it was late and I didn't want to wait for another order. It seems like they made my order when I placed it and had it sitting under burner. Not A good look for our first time!!

Came in about 30 minutes before close i get it but unfortunately on call and working for the last 16 hours staff stood looking and ignoring us for a few minutes beforw actually deciding to take our order.... wings were under cooked and rubbery...

WOW, the best combination supreme pizza I had in a long time. We ordered online, first time here and it definitely won’t be the last. They made it exactly like I ordered it. I would definitely recommend Antonio’s Pizzeria!!

Dear manager
Your Hostess says do not not tell people your process as you claim in your responses to everybody's review. They seat you in your table SAY NOTHING and then you sit there like an idiot waiting for 40 minutes until you realize what you're supposed to do. Staff can't even barely communicate with other human beings let alone explain to them what your situation is. You have an entire staff of young girls standing there at door doing .. four of them actually just holding your floor down all night long. We were there for about 2 hours with apparently nothing to do . The girl taking the orders at the counter had no idea what was on the menu she was absolutely clueless even what a cheese pizza was and I'm not even joking you. I had the same experience at one of your other carryout restaurants the girl had no clue. We sat there sat there just waiting and waiting getting annoyed until finally we figured it out. It's the most agonizing thing to sit there being stared at by your staff while you're waiting for your staff to do something. As far as contacting on manager duty as you suggest. . I didn't see any manager there did I saw four young girls standing there staring at the wall chatting andon their phones the whole time .the one girl was actually scrolling her phone while I was placing my order it was a young black girl taking orders on October 3rd she was literally scrolling her phone while I was giving her my order. Where you finding these people¿ a dumpster? It's embarrassing for you maybe when you guys should show up one day and see what's going on at your restaurant? You seem to have a lot of management maybe you should try managing your restaurants cuz they're embarrassing you

No stars for service. We sat at least half hour not knowing we had to be our own waitress at the Fairlawn location. Food was actually brought to our table and was fair. Will not be going back.
I have never been to a sit down restaurant where you give your order at the front and get your own cups, water, ice, and soft drinks. Service should be ZERO stars.

I ordered lunch today and ordered a pepperoni Stromboli a side salad, a chicken club Panini and cheese sticks. First off the pepperoni, Stromboli was not cooked all the way through and was burned on the bottom. The chicken Panini didn’t have the Italian dressing. I had to go back into the store after getting into my car and checking it. I ordered salad but they gave me a full size salad And The entire top of the salad was covered in red onions to the point where nobody would ever eat that it was just ridiculous and cheese cooked all the way through and I asked for ranch dressing, which I didn’t get with them. I got the marinara sauce even after I asked when I was at the counter I was told yes they put it with it so I just didn’t check the bag, but I should’ve, I won’t return to this establishment very very disappointed.

The BEST pizza in the world. I’ve been to all the Cleveland locations and this was equally as amazing!
