Came in about 30 minutes before close i get it but unfortunately on call and working for the last 16 hours staff stood looking and ignoring us for a few minutes beforw actually deciding to take our order.... wings were under cooked and rubbery...

WOW, the best combination supreme pizza I had in a long time. We ordered online, first time here and it definitely won’t be the last. They made it exactly like I ordered it. I would definitely recommend Antonio’s Pizzeria!!

Dear manager
Your Hostess says do not not tell people your process as you claim in your responses to everybody's review. They seat you in your table SAY NOTHING and then you sit there like an idiot waiting for 40 minutes until you realize what you're supposed to do. Staff can't even barely communicate with other human beings let alone explain to them what your situation is. You have an entire staff of young girls standing there at door doing .. four of them actually just holding your floor down all night long. We were there for about 2 hours with apparently nothing to do . The girl taking the orders at the counter had no idea what was on the menu she was absolutely clueless even what a cheese pizza was and I'm not even joking you. I had the same experience at one of your other carryout restaurants the girl had no clue. We sat there sat there just waiting and waiting getting annoyed until finally we figured it out. It's the most agonizing thing to sit there being stared at by your staff while you're waiting for your staff to do something. As far as contacting on manager duty as you suggest. . I didn't see any manager there did I saw four young girls standing there staring at the wall chatting andon their phones the whole time .the one girl was actually scrolling her phone while I was placing my order it was a young black girl taking orders on October 3rd she was literally scrolling her phone while I was giving her my order. Where you finding these people¿ a dumpster? It's embarrassing for you maybe when you guys should show up one day and see what's going on at your restaurant? You seem to have a lot of management maybe you should try managing your restaurants cuz they're embarrassing you

No stars for service. We sat at least half hour not knowing we had to be our own waitress at the Fairlawn location. Food was actually brought to our table and was fair. Will not be going back.
I have never been to a sit down restaurant where you give your order at the front and get your own cups, water, ice, and soft drinks. Service should be ZERO stars.

I ordered lunch today and ordered a pepperoni Stromboli a side salad, a chicken club Panini and cheese sticks. First off the pepperoni, Stromboli was not cooked all the way through and was burned on the bottom. The chicken Panini didn’t have the Italian dressing. I had to go back into the store after getting into my car and checking it. I ordered salad but they gave me a full size salad And The entire top of the salad was covered in red onions to the point where nobody would ever eat that it was just ridiculous and cheese cooked all the way through and I asked for ranch dressing, which I didn’t get with them. I got the marinara sauce even after I asked when I was at the counter I was told yes they put it with it so I just didn’t check the bag, but I should’ve, I won’t return to this establishment very very disappointed.

The BEST pizza in the world. I’ve been to all the Cleveland locations and this was equally as amazing!

Had the worse pizza in 52 years! I can’t imagine ever going back. The quality of food has surely gone to the basement. $24 for overcooked crap with no cheese. If this is what they serve I would have been better off getting a frozen pizza from the dollar store!

We ordered 4 half sheet pizzas for a family reunion last weekend. The friendly Antonio's Pizza team at the Copley location were great having the pizzas fresh & hot at 11:15am on Saturday and gave us some cheese & red peppers as a side. Thank you for being right on time and making the reunion a great time with your food.

I usually order delivery, but last time I ordered an all white chicken and got mixed, dark and white. This time I ordered the same. Get out to my car and it was again mixed. Took it back inside and they said they'd bring it out when it was done. They corrected it and I was on my way 55 minutes from ordering. Was initially supposed to be 20 minutes. When I get home I realize they only pulled the dark pieces and replaced with white. The potatoes and the original white pieces of chicken were cold and soggy from sitting in the box while they made pieces to replace the mistake. I think I'll be ordering chicken elsewhere having made the same mistake twice in a row. Staff was friendly and apologetic.

Food was disappointing -- the beer wall was cute with a nice selection, but our bills were messed up and Noone seemed to have a clue.

I just tried Antonio‘s Pizza for the first time. My brother lives in Copley absolutely the bomb great I got a Philly cheesesteak Panini, which was filling just in itself and a medium pizza and a 2 L of Pepsi. Awesome business great food great service.
