Our family of seven stopped in tonight and everything was perfect. We were seated right away; Emily was attentive, prompt, and took good care of us; most of all everyone loved their food -tasted great!

The holiday meal to go. For anyone missing family and the home cooked experience, this was a far miss..
I got two holiday meals to go. The set up was not at all pleasant though the server was wonderful. Got home with two turkey dinners. Only one had two great looking slices of turkey on one plate. The other was the little end you chop up and add to gravy or just make a half a sandwich out of. It literally had the first and the last slice of the breast..... awful.
The rest of the meal was short.. portions less than what you would have received had you been inside. The stuffing was the same amount as the cranberry sauce and should have been in the same litter black lexan. But how are you gonna complain, or send it back? You're behind the restaurant being serviced out of a back door which is now closed. Very disappointing, Never again Cracker Barrel. ( I had high hopes having had the 100.00 holiday meal for family in the past) To go service may as well have been a completely different company; not the quality I've come to except from Cracker Barrel.
Recommendation: quality is paramount both at table service and to go orders.

For day after Thanksgiving the crowd was seated and served quickly. Our waitress was great. I was disappointed in smaller breakfast menu now but breakfast was still good. The hashbrown casserole portion was way too small, about 1/2 cup. We were impressed with experience all around.

There was a much smaller menu during this visit, so I could not have my usual trout meal. The people at the table next to me left because of the small selection of dishes. The waitress said the regular menu would be back at 4:30 PM. No idea why!

I went to this location on Thanksgiving at around 8:00 pm wanting to beat the crowds. The food was cold. The biscuits and cornbread was hard and cold. I asked the waiter if he could bring us some hot or warm biscuits and he replied, "No," because it was too late. It was the most disgusting meal I have ever been served at Cracker Barrel. This is surprising because usually the food is consistent. Make sur you go to this location before 6:00 pm to be on the safe side.

You should never serve a second container of COLD MAPLE SYRUP for pancakes. R.uined a good meal. Do u like eating COLD FOOD? I DON'T. I WILL ALWAYS REQUEST a -2nd container to be at heated, or will not return to a return to your family eatery.

Melissa was a fantastic server and deserves a special shout out. The restaurant was so busy and she never slowed down. I was So impressed by how efficient and caring she was. Each time she came by the table, she checked in on us.

We’ve eaten here many times and generally have a good experience but recently had 2 negative experiences. Over the weekend, we ordered catering takeout for my son’s birthday party. We ordered almost a month in advance. After we picked up the food, the restaurant called to tell us we needed to come back because they forgot our utensils and condiments. Our family went back to get them. Then, we opened the food to serve and realized they did not give us gravy for the biscuits and gravy which we clearly ordered and paid for. Very disappointing catering experience. A manager should be checking these orders before they go out to customers to ensure accuracy.
Also, the last time we dined-in the front hostess was clearly very sick with the flu or Covid. She clearly had a fever and was dripping in snot. She pulled her mask down, wiped her snotty nose and then touched our menus and silverware while seating us. We had to ask our waitress to bring us fresh silverware and menus because we refused to touch them. Sick employees need to be sent home and given paid sick time. It’s 2024 in a post pandemic world, have we not learned better about keeping germs to ourselves? We had several immunocompromised people with us and an infant and had to fear getting sick the whole meal.
This location needs to do better.
