I always like the food, that isn't an issue. But when a burger, orings, fries, curds and a four piece chicken basket is almost $30, I think we have a problem.
Also, couldn't hear the order taker over the worker who decided to wheel a cart past my car just as I was ordering.

worst service of my life.... which included the time at Perkins they never came back after dropping odd drinks. drive through employees took my order, everything is fine, pay... fine... 5 minutes later they tell me to pull around and park by the electric sign. They will bring my food right out. 10 minutes later I go inside where there are 6 employees chatting, they recognize me but do nothing. another customer cuts me off because she got the wrong food... at least she got food. get help.... they say it's being made now. I can't wait longer... so they refund me. woman apologizes. as I am leaving an off duty employee (I know because he went behind the counter into the kitchen to get a funko pop) yells "you better apologize so and so" then laughs really loudly. now I'm hungry, late and frustrated. what an experience

Ordered food for pickup. I went inside and they pulled our hot food out of the freezer. I let them know and they threw the cold food in a microwave. Spending money that's hard earned to randomly eat out at a place where people get paid to be smart or at least a little brains and you end up getting service like this. Disappointing in humans and companies ran by kids.

I ordered a small burger combo and when I opened the bag I was disappointed in how few fries I got, even for a small. I brought it to their attention and the manager apologized and gave me a new, fresh large fry and a free blizzard. That is how customer service should always work. Good job!
