The Firehouse Tavern is a local place in Copley and we went for dinner on a recent Friday evening. In terms of personality - it's a tavern and sports bar with lots of drink specials and screens in a room with a fairly low ceiling. They have classic tavern foods like burgers and flatbreads, but with a surprising number of lobster options - a Mac and Cheese that was delicious and satisfying, a Lobster Chowder and a Lobster flatbread. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Wrap and it was not the best. It was filled with a generous portion of chicken but too light on the sauce and not mixed together very well. The steamed broccoli side and waffle fries were excellent. Our server was friendly and attentive. They had a live musician on Friday - a very talented guy playing blues, which was a plus, but also kind of loud for the space and maybe not the best choice of music during the dreary winter months. Overall, really good value and we will try this place again.

We haven't gone here since shortly after they opened. We decided to give it another try. Our server was pleasant, and the food wasn't too bad. I got a burger, which was good. My husband's salad was good, albeit not very big. When we arrived, there was only one other patron that didn't get food. Even though there wasn't really anyone else there, our food took forever to arrive. We speculated that they had to call the cook in, even though the restaurant had been open for 3 to 4 hours already. Additionally, the glassware was filthy. We likely will not return or recommend it to anyone. We were hoping it had improved since the 1st time we went, but sadly, it hadn't.

Well, they have a new menu, and the food is better than it was last year. I had a really good hamburger. Much better than it's been in the past. The soup of the day is usually very good as well.

Overall a good place.Very accommodating with diet restrictions.The food was good, definitely would go backThe only issue was it was chilly in there.Dietary restrictions: We have a specialty diet that we have to follow and when brought up to the waitress she accommodated everything!!!

I love the Spinach Cheese Dip and Tavern Salad! I get these every time I'm in. The server was super friendly and attentive - very pleasant lunch experience. It is a pub atmosphere with local firehouse memorabilia. Comfortable and clean.
