Service and food was of good quality but not quite five star and it just seemed took a little longer than usual but I haven't been out for a while either. So what can I say?

We each ordered Flo’s filet and they were cooked perfectly! I had the crispy brussel sprouts and my husband had a loaded baked potato, both were delicious. We have been coming to the Montrose location ever since it opened and have never had a bad meal. Best value for the money for a good steak!
We had a massive carry out order for our Friday lunch at work. The staff handled the large order awesomely. The food is amazing. Even better is their lunch deals are actually cheaper than fast food. Why buy trash at a fast food restaurant when you can have top quality food here? We WILL be back again. Thanks to the staff for their excellent work.

One of the worst meals I eaten there. My friends steak was well well done. He ordered Medium. My steak was so black and burnt it was inedible. The onion soup was so salty I sent it back. It took 20 minutes for my friend to get his steak back. Guess what? It was rare. Sent it back again. We all finished our meals and finally he got his steak. The manager could have cared less. No apology. Nothing. We noticed alot of meals going back to the kitchen. My congratulations to the manager on her non existent leadership skills.

Always a good experience. I had the White Cheddar stuffed mushroom for an appetizer and the Salmon for my main, both were delicious. The Stampede for dessert was the chefs kiss.

The waitress took it upon herself to keep our change and didn't even ask. To me that's stealing not to mention very rude. She also kept trying to take our plates when we were only half way thru our meal.

Was a pick up. I got food poisoning. Even my dogs got sick. Told roommate not to eat her dinner. There telling me that don't give out cash refunds. I was willing to bring food back. Wanted to give me a gift card. Um no think u. Why would I say some where that gave me food poisoning. I don't want to be told the $52.76cash that I spent that I have to take a gift card. Took me 3 days to fight this. They will be sending me a check in mail.

This place has a cowboyish style. The greeter is nice and attentive. We were seated immediately. Our waitress was excellent. She gave us some great suggestions. She took care of our waters and was polite. We ordered the 9oz Flo's filet and side of shrimps. The filet was cooked the way we like it, medium. I don't know why, but the texture of the meat was a bit off ( I don't know if they freeze the meat or marinate it, something had changed the texture) The taste was fine. We have been here before. Sometimes it can be very noisy, but tonight it was very pleasant. We also got the mango margarita, which was delicious. I think their prices are very reasonable.
