I order a double sausage and double bacon pizza it was no more than a regular small pizza. I bought many things from this place but the manager claimed he watch the pizza made. Who does that. It had no extra nothing but I paid for it. Called in and he blew me off. Didn’t see it tell I got home. So disappointed in a place I love. Never order extra
Very rude and unprofessional, nasty place. I ordered a meal that they said I ordered wrong and they sent 2 pieces of chicken I also ordered hot sauce that you’re charged for. Upon delivery I got a 2 piece meal and no hot sauce so I called back and the manager is like okay I’ll send the other 2 pieces out with the hot sauce. Like what? no replace my whole order and send hot sauce I can’t eat my other food cold with no hot sauce. He told me to just put it in the microwave like whatttt are you kidding me? I’m at work working a 12.5 hr shift has a nurse. We barely even get time to sit down and eat and this is the way they act. What a gross and nasty person! On top of that I left a $4 tip for a $8 meal. I’ll never ever order from here again and I’ll be sure to come back and leave a review for the rude customer service from the store manager. He sounded like he don’t even wash his hands anyway.

Just ordered a couple large double cheese and I noticed that the sauce has changed. I have been eating Rizis since 2013 so I know what the sauce is supposed to taste like, which was very good sauce. It's not the same sauce today as it was even a year ago. Anyone else ordered from Rizis lately and notice the sauce is not that good? I know I won't be buying their pizza anymore. Once you grow to love one particular pizza because of their ingredients, as soon as they cheap out or make a different recipe, like the sauce, you just don't go back.

I ordered jumbo chicken all white and jojo's.The flavor of the chicken and jojo's were decent. But some of the breasts were undercooked. I don't think I'll order here again.
