Both our plates came out with hair on them. Mine was sticking up out of my ranch dressing cup, and my wifeys was an eyelash on plate next to the veggies. The waitress and manager took care if it without delay and took the kids meal of $2.99 off the bill. Thanks but not good enough, we struggled to stay and complete our meals not knowing if there were any more unwanted items in our plates. The stars are for the taste of the food and the server's efforts.

This is one of the worst meals that I was ever served. First my trip started of with a waiter that was sweating profusely which had me worried to start. But I looked past that as it was a very hot day. I was ready to order a great combo meal deal of ribs and coconut shrimp. But then I was informed that they had an issue with the ribs so they are not ready to serve. So I had to change my order to a sirloin, coconut shrimp, fries, and broccoli. When my meal arrived the shrimp was just plain fried shrimp and looked like a pile of pure grease and well overcooked. I informed the person that brought it out that I had ordered coconut shrimp. She informed me that the waiter had out the order in as regular shrimp. Then a moment later said that she would get the coconut shrimp for me. My friend had ordered the same combo with a sirloin and salmon. Unfortunately the cook had forgotten to make the salmon. As I was waiting for my coconut shrimp I tried the steak. First I noticed that the butter would not even melt on it. I cut into it (or sawed would me more accurate) and found the steak to be flavorless and very tough. The female brought what she said was coconut shrimp. It was cooked longer than the original shrimp that I had. They were not golden color like one would expect, but a dark brown. The broccoli had a decent flavor. But of the 3 pieces in the serving only one was edible. The others were yellowed instead of green. The seasoned fries were not seasoned well at all and not very crispy. The highlight of the trip was the iced tea and the meal being taken off the bill. I would give this place zero stars if possible. Do NOT attempt to eat here! BTW my friends salmon was finally served and it was burnt on the bottom and completely dried out.

Excellent customer service! Excellent food! And guys, if you can get this guy right here as your server..... DO IT! I believe his name was Brendon. He was the best waiter I've seen in a LONG time I had him around mid-June of 2019). Keep it up my man!

Service and manager were very nice. However we found multiple pieces of hair in our food. We were comped appropriately, however we will most likely not be going back. 2 stars due to the waitress and manager being nice and helpful.

The steaks we ordered were a little on the small side for the price. To add to that, the last time I visited here my burger also was not necessarily the greatest. However our server was one of the best I have had in quite some time.

I had a flipping nail in my food and my sister a rotten Leon and other got a small steak my pineapple had brown on it I hate this place
horrible service. I'm guessing we got there during shift change. we got there a little before 5 and got our order taken fine but at 530 we finally saw our actual server when the food was brought out. My wife's pot stickers were over cooked and my chicken mash potatoes and broccoli were swimming in the jack danials sauce instead of it being on the side as usual. pot stickers were taken off our bill but weren't asked if we wanted refills or dessert. I think next time we will just go to Strongsville location.

Terrible Mother's Day experience. First we had to wait 25 minutes to be sat in a half empty restaurant with one hostess trying to clean all the tables. That wasn't her fault; she should have had help. Next, we were sat at a sticky table, with 1 silverware for 3 people, and a gross floor. Our server was OK, but my husband ended up getting us silverware and a ripped-in-half TOGO box for my daughter because she didn't come back for a while and we weren't about to wait around like we had to when being seated. They were out of EVERYTHING. No salmon, shrimp, ribs, mashed potatoes, etc. My meal was OK, but I asked for no cheese on my salad-it came with it. The sauce on my chicken was too spicy and just spilled everywhere. Presentation of food was lacking. My fries were drenched. Overall, won't go back. My husband talked to the GM, and he was understanding and recognized how he was in a bind with lacking food and cleanliness. Very understanding guy, but I won't be back and I let my immediate family know to avoid the place. Plenty of other places in Montrose to eat....

I will preface this by saying that Amanda deserves 5 stars all the way. Amanda made our experience, she was a joy and hilarious very down to earth and honest. Unfortunstely, her hospitality could not save this failing restaurant. We came in on the 21st, their kitchen was under staffed and they had run out of most of their sides. How do you run out of broccoli on a Tuesday? We should have know when the parking lot was empty during what should have been the dinner rush. We sat within ear shot of the bar, the tenders were foul mouthed and discussing things they should not have been. On top of listening to this our food was not worth it but because Amanda seemed to be all alone we rolled with it. However, we wont be back. Best of luck to you, Amanda.

We did the unlimited shrimp meals and waited 2 minutes for refills which was unbelievable. Drink prices were great. Would be back again. Food was great!
