Chicken was dry. First place where fried rice is a $3 extra charge. Service was good, though. Also, shouldn’t have to wait for entire party before being seated. We had a reservation .

My daughter took me to dinner for my Birthday, we were seated and when the Chef came to prepare our food the grill had not been turned on. So he turned it on and said he would be back in 5 minutes, soon after the manager came over and says it’ll be 10 minutes. Although they were busy, 20 minutes later I got up from our table to search out a manager to find out why it was taking so long for us to be served. Now mind you the server already announced before we ordered that a 18% gratuity, 8% for the server and 10% for the Chef which I thought was odd. You take out your gratitude before you do your job, after talking with the manager I was very upset because she never came to our table to explain what had happened nor offer an apology to our table or offer to take anything off of our bill for the inconvenience. I really love this restaurant but the service and lack of respect of our time really upset me.

My daughters, my mom, and I was at this Wasabi's on Monday 8/4/2025 and might I say, Kardierre was our server and MY GOD he was amazing! His energy was EVERYTHING! He was friendly accommodating to my spoiled mom and daughters request, lol(can't take them no where), and all around a great example of how service at any restaurant should be. I wish I remembered the chef's name as well, cause he was just as amazing as Mr Kardierre, they worked very well as a team! We will be back and will be asking for him to be our waiter!

Edit #2 called at 8:03 and wouldnt take my order. Even place my previous exact same order. Have to use app chow now to order, then pay additional fee for using app! . I know they dont care but hopefully someone does

There was only one table with people on the Hitachi side yet we still had to wait over have an hour to get a table.

Our server Ivy was fantastic! My partner and I came in on a Wednesday night because I wanted Japanese food for my birthday. The restaurant is beautiful, and the ambiance was perfect. Ivy recommended a sushi roll and it was my favorite part of the meal!

The hibachi is always amazing but weve been choosing the small sit down side lately and it too is fantastic. You can even ask to sit in one of the small rooms for extra privacy.

Ive been also getting their sushi and it too its delicious! The sweet potato and Mexican roll have been my favorite.

Wonderful first time experience of Hibachi food. Good for taste, staff courteous. We had to wait for 20-25 minutes being a Friday night. Chef G was very entertaining

First, and foremost i had the best chef his vibe was everything. i enjoyed myself until the server told one of my the guest if you have a complaint about a drink it can only be once so my guest said okay. So her second drink was even worse but we was trying to see the best in this situation. My food was good i can tell the server was tired so she wasn't attentive to the need of our table. My table count was 5. three which had drinks that was water down. The manager approached the table using words like you people and making threats telling us not to ever come back. I feel like this owner is a racist he was just down right rude. I will never go back to this location.
