Went in to pick up order and the walk way was slippery I fell told them they should salt walk way and they just stared at me didn't even respond and as another customer was leaving they almost fell

I have been going here the past few months more frequently and I get the strawberry chocolate dipped cheesecake blizzard and everytime I order it I never have cheesecake bites in it? I’ve called before and they’ve said “Well if you bring it back we can put some in there”, so i bit my tongue and ordered it again today but this time I paid for EXTRA cheesecake bites. There was not a single piece of cheesecake bite in my large blizzard. I am done ordering here, if you don’t want to make the blizzards the way they’re advertised , then don’t offer them. It’s a very simple blizzard and it was not busy at all.

I felt ignored because they were having register issues. They took one of the persons order we were traveling with and don't take mine. Disappeared to back. Brought my traveling companions food out and then left counter area again. Finally another employee took my order and then disappeared again. Finally brought my order out but forgot my drink. Then another employee came up front and apologized for the long wait but said it with a snotty type tone, definitely not sincere. The food was good, and I can understand problems ariseing beyond your control. But customer service should still be present. A kindly sorry please bear with us as we try and fix the registers, will take your order in a minute. Would have been a nice way to start. I never once complained or said anything except after and to my Traveling companions that I didn't feel her apology sounded very sincere

We visit this Dairy Queen regularly and order Blizzards and Buster bars. The last few packs of buster bars were noticeably smaller but this last time they were ridiculously small. You could eat the whole thing in three bites. What an insult to your customers. Like we are so stupid we wouldn’t notice. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY. ADDED PICTURES. Even the picture on the box is bigger. 🤔. Per Dairy queen website and the box it’s supposed to weigh 148g. Upon weighing it was 3.6oz which equals 102g. So not inaccurate AT ALL!
