We visit this Dairy Queen regularly and order Blizzards and Buster bars. The last few packs of buster bars were noticeably smaller but this last time they were ridiculously small. You could eat the whole thing in three bites. What an insult to your customers. Like we are so stupid we wouldn’t notice. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY. ADDED PICTURES. Even the picture on the box is bigger. 🤔. Per Dairy queen website and the box it’s supposed to weigh 148g. Upon weighing it was 3.6oz which equals 102g. So not inaccurate AT ALL!

Right off the bat this experience started off rough. The person working the register was either new or not trained, and had to have help making a custom blizzard (3 ingredients). While I was trying to place the order, another customer came in to complain about their drink that tasted like water. A replacement or remake were both rudely declined to the customer from the condescending young manager. I had a coupon that I tried to present, and even questioned the price but they stated it was because of the "add ons". After checking the receipt they did not actually apply it. Due to the amount of people and the interactions I witnessed I did not try to push this after the fact. The blizzard (again just 3 ingredients) was not in fact made correctly, and the "extras" should have simply been substitutions. Absolutely the worst experience I've encountered at a place of business in quite some time. Will likely not be returning to this location and will travel a bit further to not deal with the staff at this location again.

Blizzards are always my favorite, but every time I get one from here, there is never any filling in the bottom, just plain ice cream. I even pay for extra and it never actually happens ?

No rating in the atmosphere. I used the drive through. Although, it was clean bright and efficient.

Soft serve ice cream was totally awful. Talk to the manager about that, and she came off to condescending.Needless to say, I will no longer be buying soft service cream or anything else at this location.P.s. When there was nobody there, that should have told me something.

I went in last night. It was close to closing time. They probably only had 15 minutes left. I grabbed an ice cream cake and I needed them to draw a mouse on it. The girl asked the guy to draw it while she took a few orders from drive thru and he was worried and saying it looked bad but dawgggg this was the best mouse I’ve ever seen. The person who the cake was for asked how they did it so well. So although I didn’t catch their names, this was the best cake decorating I’ve ever seen. 10/10 thanks for putting up with my shenanigans
