I went in last night. It was close to closing time. They probably only had 15 minutes left. I grabbed an ice cream cake and I needed them to draw a mouse on it. The girl asked the guy to draw it while she took a few orders from drive thru and he was worried and saying it looked bad but dawgggg this was the best mouse I’ve ever seen. The person who the cake was for asked how they did it so well. So although I didn’t catch their names, this was the best cake decorating I’ve ever seen. 10/10 thanks for putting up with my shenanigans

Nice place, they have a eating area with picnic tables in the back and it's a shaded area
SHIFT LEAD Wouldn’t honor free 12 oz blizzard coupon marked CortlandDQ- said they don’t make 12 oz, only “mini, small, medium or large” sizes- and they don’t ever do coupons unless it’s on an app. Asked to speak with manager -was told she’s “on vacation” and the owners “come in too early” for customers. Won’t be coming back. My granddaughter was initially excited to go to the DQ for her birthday blizzard.

Shift lead would not honor a free 12 ounce blizzard coupon (clearly marked Cortland DQ), was told they do not make 12 ounce blizzards and don't take coupons. When I asked to speak to management was told the manager was "on vacation" and that the owners came in too early for customers. The coupon was for my granddaughters birthday and she was initially excited to go into the DQ. Very disappointing, won't be back.

Just got almost done eating a Peanut Buster parfait from Cortland dairy queen. Imaging my surprise when I bit into something that resembles a very hard piece of wood. I called and spoke to a "shift leader" who did not seem to really care ...because she did not make my food....she simply told me I would qualify for a free Peanu tBuster Parfait. I will be contacting dairy Queens home offices
