I use the mobile app (that you can customize exactly how you want it made) & they never get it wrong. OLIVIA greets us and.is an absolute angel. She is always so upbeat and cheerful. She even wrote me the sweetest note on my bag this morning. I've heard a lot of people complain about their orders not being right or not having enough flavor, so use the app and ask for as many pumps as you want.
Before leaving a bad review, call the store and give them the chance to right a wrong. Never had an issue with this location.“

“I really like how they make the signature iced coffee here. The staff has always been kind and I've gotten my order quickly. My only complaint is with Dunkin as a chain. Do they not make donuts in batches throughout the day anymore? I feel like I'm always getting cold, old donuts, and they are always out of flavors. Dunkin as a chain for quality has just been disappointing for years. If it wasn't for the new signature iced coffee I probably wouldn't be a repeat customer.“
