She wrote my name down and during my next trip out, I redeemed the correct turtle signature latte. The staff on the phone and in store were polite and professional as I couldn't help but to feel a tad embarrassed. The first sip of the remade latte was worth it. Thank you!“

“Stop there most days on our way to work. Usually friendly fast service. Today Wed. June 6 had a extremely rude gentleman who wouldn't even give us time to order after our first drink gave us total and had no other option but to move up. The girl at register "Joy" was so kind patient and let us finish our order and then apologized for the other employees rudeness. Dunkin gets 4 stars today but "Joy" gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Stopped by real quick when we traveled from PA into Youngstown and man were we impressed. The donuts were so tasty (We had a Fruity pebble donut and Churro donut) and wow they were great. Presentation is amazing. The café is a nice little store front that almost looks like a house inside and all. The staff was really friendly especially for us coming in right at the end of the operating hours. Saw this on tiktok and made an effort to come here and was not disappointed. Don't think you would be either!“

“This establishment is very bright inside, and the donuts and other foods smell marvelous! The service is supererb and friendly, and I highly reccomend this place for a fast coffee and chat, or some really great food.

Parking: there are several spots in front of establishment.

“I have frequented this Dunkin donuts location since they opened, and in my opinion, they have gone downhill somewhat over the years. “This dunkin is exceptional, don't let the haters fool you. I come here 5 days per week for my work fuel. I use the mobile app (that you can customize exactly how you want it made) & they never get it wrong. OLIVIA greets us and.is an absolute angel. She is always so upbeat and cheerful. She even wrote me the sweetest note on my bag this morning. I've heard a lot of people complain about their orders not being right or not having enough flavor, so use the app and ask for as many pumps as you want.
Before leaving a bad review, call the store and give them the chance to right a wrong. Never had an issue with this location.“

“Very friendly counter persons clean atmosphere the food I ordered a croissant sausage egg and cheese the croissant itself seem to be a little burnt and it fell apart and made a lot of crumbs also I had a chocolate long john which was excellent but disappointed in the overcooked croissant“
