this place is a piece of work. Our reception was cancelled due to Covid-19 5 months in advance. They would not respond to our request for a refund of some type. when they did respond we were told their policy is non-refundable if we cancel which is not documented on their contract. they seem to portray themselves as Christian's however they make no attempt to make things right when it comes to doing the right thing. I understand they may have been shut down through this but I would think they could some consideration. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR EVEN CONSIDERED NO MATTER WHEN YOU REQUEST. STAY CLEAR!!!!!

Absolutely THE BEST caterer in Northeast Ohio! I have had 6 different events catered by Mackenzie's and the food is always outstanding and everyone asks me "who made the food - it's delicious!" Excellent variety - amazing service, great vaule and the FOOD is SO YUMMY! Call Stephen and have your next party be the talk of the town!
