For the second time in a couple of months, I’ve tried ordering pizza from this place. When you call you are met with what seems like children running the place. I simply ask for two large pizzas. The “11 year old” sounding person who answered began telling me about a 12 slice pie vs an 8 slice pie. So naturally I asked how big is the pie. She replied it’s 12 slices. I replied that I appreciate that the can cut in varying slices but how big is the pie? 8 slices or 12…. ANY PIE CAN BE 12 or 8 SLICES. How big is the pie???? This concept completely confused the “toddler” attempting to run a pizza place. Then we were suddenly disconnected. Two attempts to give this place my money and failed. I’m done! There are options.

Placed an order, email said it would be 30 minutes, so I drove 30 minutes to their location and they informed me the pizza wasn't even in the oven and it would at least another 45 minutes. Had to cancel the order. It would be nice if the notification it sent was accurate.

Staff was completely clueless and rude. Called the store the minute I placed the order online. All I asked was for them to take sauce off the pizza because there wasn’t an option to put no sauce. She made it VERY difficult and was very unfriendly when I picked up the pizza.

Got the chicken, bacon, and ranch pizza along with one with pepperoni. There was something strange with the chicken. It just wasn't right. Removed the chicken, and it was fine. We get this pizza often, and it is usually our favorite.

I work here and we try to strive to do our best we try to be pleasant and make your food on time we forget stuff you get refunded or remade it's just sad people have bad stuff to say but yet keep ordering from here. We do get busy and make mistakes but if we do make the mistakes you do get compensated we do apologize.

We ordered three items they completely forgot one plus we ordered the cinnamon sticks and they forgot the icing. Three items total and two of the items had a issue totally unacceptable

Don’t come here the owner is an absolute jerk. A lot of us just quit on the spot bc he called all Cortland employees a bunch of baby’s . And my grandpa being in the hospital bc he had a heart attack didn’t matter . Also that another employees funerals she had to attend didn’t matter
