Went to get dinner for our family of 5 tonight. The table(s) we always set at were open as well as about 8-9 regular booths. We were told we would have a 25 minute wait!! I said "But there are plenty of tables open?" She said she didn't know but that's what her manager told her to say. Managers name was Kayla she said. We didn't get any explanation other than that. We've eaten here for years and I am very disappointed in the new service!!!

Food wasn't great they really cheapin up there food. There burgers are frozen like a frozen burger over priced for what it is. Eggs were over cook but it happens. Won't be coming back again. Server was nice and friendly tho

Food and service were good. Restaurant was not very clean. The blinds on the window were absolutely filthy! Turned my stomach, I also noticed that the plexiglass above the seats to separate the booths were filthy also,

Well me and my wife came to dine here and the service for people of color was just shocking...we didn't get service until I asked who are waiter was.

Worst Bob Evans experience we got there a little before 8pm they weren’t busy and the waitress we were supposed to have was standing at a table just carrying on a conversation and we waited a good 5 to 6 minutes before she came to even get our drink order and food order and then it took a good 30 to 35 minutes to get our food the restaurant was very slow so there was no reason for the service to be like it was

What an absolute joke. Maybe 10 cars in the parking lot. Was first told 10 minutes wait. Then someone else came and said no 20 minute wait. Maybe 7 tables in the whole place taken. They were more worried about take out and door dash orders. Others came in complaining as well. I felt like we were just at the new drive thru Bob Evans restaurant. Waitress losing money because they won't seat people. We use to frequent often. Never again
