Have been there before 2 pm and tried to order food. They tell you just a moment and they wait till after 2 (2:01pm) and come back and tell you the kitchen is closed. We were in line at the order spot. What a joke..don't need our business! This happened twice..

Disappointed to say the least. I’ve been coming here since this place first opened — I even worked here back then. I’ve always loved the menu and the drinks, and I’ve come back many times over the years because the quality and service were consistently great.

Unfortunately, today’s visit really missed the mark. My drink didn’t taste like it normally does — it tasted diluted, like it didn’t have enough ice. I went back and forth in my head but finally decided to ask if they could remake it. The employee I spoke to didn’t seem too happy but agreed. I apologized and explained my concern politely.

When I got the remake, the person who handed it out (who looked like the shift manager) barely made eye contact, told me to have a good day, and slammed the window shut. The new drink still had barely any ice, exactly the opposite of what I’d asked for.

I’ve never felt unwelcome or like a bother at this business before. I understand everyone has off days, but today I felt like my concern wasn’t taken seriously — and that really disappointed me because I know the standard this place usually sets.

I plan to come back and speak to another manager in person. I really hope this was just an off day and not a sign of a bigger issue with the store’s culture or training. I’m only leaving this review because I genuinely care about this place and I want the owners or upper management to be aware of any environment that could damage the great reputation they’ve built.

I really do love this place — I just hope this was an isolated incident and things improve.
