Food came out pretty quick and steaming hot. All of our orders were correct and had an overall good experience. My only issue was the pretzel sticks, they had a weird aftertaste to it that wasn't expected.

DQ used to have the best customer service in town. Their new crew is the worst, especially in the drive-thru. Very rude.

This was absolutely terrible. The sign says they close at 10 pm we were aware that it was 945 and that there may be a wait. The repetitive reminder that it would take 15+minutes to finish the food and that they closed at 10 pm was not needed. The female at the window who not only was very rude and unpleasant, but also used inappropriate gestures to my passenger. Completely uncalled for and disrespectful. This is your job… do the job… go home…it is that simple… As for the food, it was absolutely terrible chicken was dry and hard that even dipping sauce couldn’t fix.. bbq chicken had looked like they scrapped the very bottom of a bbq sauce bowl and then dunked the chicken into water… burgers were dry and very well over cooked and unsatisfactory… Blizzards that were handed out at the beginning were melted when handed to us…
As a single store this needs to do better with getting employees who are willing to do the job and do the job to the highest quality possible

Drive thru customer service was horrible. Alyssa (worker) let us know that blizzards would be soupy because machine is down (not shocking - they never have their machines working right). When we proceeded to order blizzards she reminded us that they would be soupy. We said that it was fine - the woman taking the order literally huffed so loud through the microphone to let us know she was mad.

Got there right at 9:40, fully aware of the 20 minute window ahead for when they would close. Great to note the teenage girl in the window had to mention it as well. Along with the fact the food will need to be made fresh…I don’t think in the many..many of years that Dairy Queen has been opened the word fresh has ever
been used to market a single product. It’s sad to know the youth today thinks the processed dairy at the Dairy Queen is fresh food because it comes right from the machine in front of them

Reported to corporate to get in contact with the owner. Man at drive thru window screamed at us because he gave us the wrong order. Manager did not care he was afraid of employee. Disgusting.

We stopped in for a snack and to kill some time while my car was getting tires put on, the staff was mostly obnoxious. The language being used was inappropriate and loud, completely unprofessional and ridiculous. The young lady working the lobby register was pleasant and helpful, but most of the rest of the staff lacked self respect and decency.
