Edit 12/1/25 Craig, who I believe works the drive thru is friendly every single day. I don't know how that's even possible but what an asset to the team. The manager here is always friendly, sweet, and helpful as well. Our Coshocton Dunkin is amazing!

I absolutely love this dunkin' donuts. The managers are amazing and sweet people. I've never had a problem all the staff have always been super nice. Jen is so amazing she always goes above and beyond. One of my favorite shops in town to go to hands down If you ever have a problem and address it right then they make it right Thank you so much Coshocton Dunkin. I will be coming back continuously

I asked for a medium iced matcha with less ice (because its always mostly ice) ...and i was handed a full, medium cup of ice... with not even a small sized portion of matcha latte. Overpriced, and incompetent.

I come here every day for breakfast. Sometimes twice a day. For two years now. Sad to say after today I'm taking my business elsewhere. I had a hot coffee dumped on me because the lid wasn't out on correctly before it was handed to me. It was in fact the man at the drive thrus fault but he asked me what I did. As if I had blame. Then jokingly said at least you didn't get burned. Sir I did get burned. It was no laughing matter. My arm, and thigh burnt and it was all over my car. My boyfriend got napkins to clean me up. They didn't offer to remake the coffee. Nothing. No apology. Worst customer service. We're done. I'm advising friends and family to not go here either at risk of getting scaulded. 😔🥺
