Ordered a coffee with vanilla bean flavoring. Instead of telling me that this location isn’t able to due that for some reason when every other Dunkin I go to can. They make it with French vanilla instead 🤢 which I absolutely hate. I went inside to see if they could remake the coffee the right way and I can see the vanilla bean flavoring they said they couldn’t make the coffee. They didn’t offer me a refund for my money. I left the coffee on the counter because I wasn’t going to drink it. I’ll be calling corporate for sure. I go to Dunkin every day

Use to be good, no longer worth going to, iv been a very long time customer and I'm extremely disappointed with how much I get ripped off, if I wanted a shot glass of coffee I would have ordered one and we all know it hasn't always been like this, I'll be getting my coffee anywhere but Coshocton ohio from now on. And ps, they can't give you water because they are a "small store" what a load of corporate garbage A 9 billion dollar brand is LEGALLY REQUIRED TO GIVE OUT WATER FREE OF CHARGE(I don't mean bottled) Google it

I stopped coming here because the service is so bad, but it's been awhile so I thought maybe it's changed. Nope.I order a $4 medium latte. It was 35% full. So I drive 15 minutes back to get it fixed.There were about 5 workers lazily doing things. After 10 more minutes of waiting with no assistance, a young man lazily stands about 4 feet away from the cash register.He then walks two more feet, and just stares at me. No "can I help you?" Or "hello", no greeting. Just stares at me like I'm ruining his day.I tell him what happen and he doesn't respond or acknowledge me, he just walks away and asks someone to fix the order.The person who made my latte REMEMBERED making it and basically said "oh yeah we were low on milk that's why". ?????So apparently that justified giving a paying customer a 35% full cup of $4 coffee.They did fix it, "Here you go", no apology, no concern. So there goes 40 minutes of my entire day over a coffee.Never coming here again, I'm done with this place and it's awful management
Ordered less ice and instead of giving me less ice, they watered it down. Went back through and she pretty much said they change the drink if you order less ice. Would not fix it. Second time this has happened here.

Honestly it just depends on who is making the drinks. Sometimes it can be a 5+ stars and other times you get a latte that tastes like a watered down coffee. I stopped ordering by the mobile app because every time it tasted really Terrible. I'm about to stop wasting my money there. No one wants to wait then pay for a nasty tasting drink. Thanks to the ones that know how to make the drinks and do their best.
