Most KFC are the same. Food is hit or miss but even when craving it, just doesn’t seem to be as good of quality or taste from years past.

Can't get waited on at the front counter nobody will even say anything to you there and when we asked for help the employees were less than helpful. So we left and got a rude good bye from the staff.

We love the food there, but the customer service is horrible. The short red hair girl that works there is the worse, she have the attitude of someone that hates her job and hate people. I am concern of the food the hand to us. So, we will never go back there again...

Stopped for lunch on Monday 4/22/24 while out grocery shopping. Needed to eat so I can take my medicine and decided on kfc since it had been awhile since I had had it(I considered it a treat with the economy the way it as as to why I don't have it often). I had the 12pc nugget combo, everything tasted fine at the time and I enjoyed it. However, things took a turn for worse upon waking up the next day as I woke with horrific stomach pains/cramping and spent the entirety of the day in the bathroom on the toilet with a trash can I'm front of me, the only thing out of ordinary was my lunch the day before. It wasn't until Thursday that I was fully back to my normal self. Couldn't rate any lower then a one star or I would've put negative. definitely will not be returning ever.

Every time I go to KFC they give me wrong order. Ask for dark meat they give me back bone and drum . Never get thighs. Which I ask for.

2 weeks ago was giving cornbread instead of biscuits,today they didn't have any sides to go with bucket meal Sooo not right(sent my dad to pick up).if there is a next time I'll walk out.on top of all that all I got was legs and thighs

We was in the drive through and you can barely hear out them say anything my mom asked what they said nicely and the worker decided to yell basically they are so rude there !!
Chicken was dry.. my breast still had its big neck attached to it. Kind nasy.

What happened to 5 dollar boxes at kfc's dang good food fast service but when it cost 20 dollars for 2 people to eat lunch I think is a little expensive but I guess nothing is cheap anymore overall good place to eat.

I've been disappointed the last 3 times I have ate there. Chicken isn't as good as it used to be. Dairy Queen chicken strips are way better.
