We live further east so usually stop at the Cambridge or Newcomerstown locations...WHICH ARE HANDS DOWN THE WORST IN THE COUNTRY. Stopped by the Coshocton McDs after dropping a deer off at a local butcher there. Wow. A huge difference. Ordered a rather large amount for the 3 of us cause we skipped breakfast and the girls had it out to our table within a few minutes. Sitting there eating and one of the girls was out wiping down and cleaning tables....which I dont ever recall seeing that done at any McDs location. I'd give this location 10 stars! Keep up the outstanding work guys & gals!

After taking home meals we found d out that straws were not in order.when my husband took off lid to drink sprite he smells terrible mold smell.most likely caused by ice machine.this problem needs taken care of a s ap.when calling to talk to manager person who answered acted like she could not hear anything then hung up.called again and said again that I wanted to speak to manager and same thing.girl acted like she couldn't hear me and hung up phone.i think this is a serious problem and people can get sick and not know why.and of course most people drink through straw and don't notice. McDonald's needs to do better and take care of this problem

This Mcdonalds use to be great recently it seems like not a single Drive through employee knows how to make sure your entire order is in the bag. 3 rd time in a row my order wasnt complete 3rd time. 1st time ok Understandable. But its a recurring issue at this location. So who ever the evening employees and manager is needs to take a hard look at themselves and realize we work hard for our money no different than you and when we order our food we exspect to get it. Mc Donalds employees want yto be paid good money but keep robbing customers of theirs total bs.
