Ordered on there app and had the delivery details up to let me know when it's out for delivery. They never update it and just show up without notifications. Don't offer that option if your not gonna use it. Also only order a pizza breadsticks and there new ranch flight and they didn't include the ranch flight. The pizza was also not cut through all the way and I had to cut some of it myself. Tried calling the store and doesn't allow you to talk to anyone there. So can't even get ahold of them to get me what I paid for that I didn't receive. Not worth $40 plus dollars!

Tried the new Chicago style pizza. Worst I decision ever made. The pizza itself was like stale cardboard. There was next to no sauce at all. The cheese was burnt to the point you tasted the char. Pepperoni's were cooked so bad they were now crispy they crumbled. Worst pizza I have ever ordered from any of the local shops in Coshocton. I would give 0 stars if I could.

We ordered 1 pepperoni lovers large pizza, an order of 10 cheese sticks, 12 garlic wings and 4 20 oz pops. We waited just shy of an hour to get our pizza and still waited longer for our wings and cheese sticks. My fiance walked to the counter twice asking about our other stuff. When we finally received our stuff not only was it cold, but we found a nice long black hair in our cheese sticks. I didn’t eat any of my wings before we left after finding the hair. For the amount of money we paid to have dinner you’d think service would have been a lot better. The dining area was clean but everything else about it was horrible.

Extremely disappointed. For starters, lets not have doordash delivering pizza. Website wouldn't let me pay woth card, forced me to pay cash. The drivers aren't equipped with change, and I had to give them WAY more than it was worth. The driver was smoking, and had multiple people in their car. The bag he got the food out of was all dirty and ripped. He wasn't a very nice person, either. Also, didn't get any of my sauces or my 4 pack of beverages. Called to the store, got no response. Reached out to doordash, and they wouldn't do anything either because it was ordered through pizza hut. Terrible, won't be ordering again.

I get to walk a quarter mile in the pouring rain because the $10/hr delivery driver can’t read and dropped the order wherever he felt like it. Yay
