A wonderful addition to Coshocton!!! Stopped in on my way back home, won’t be the last time I visit! My food was exactly as I ordered it, the service was wonderful and they serve the sauce on the side!! The brisket and ribs were tender, the sausage packed a little heat, everything was very good!! I didn’t get pictures because the food didn’t last long lol!!

I just had the best experience eating at this hidden gem! Scenery is great there over looking the river. I was greeted like I was family the moment I walked through the door which sadly is rare these days. The barbecue was perfect and it reminded me of the home cooked meals I was raised on. Perfect portions and full of flavor. It’s been a long time since I’ve had brisket that even came close to what I enjoyed here. Do not forget the cornbread either or you will have missed out on something wonderful. I could not be more happy with my experience and they will have me as a customer again and again. If you’re out that way, do yourself a favor and stop in for some of the best barbecue around. Im sure glad I did.

We had lunch here after doing the Ohio canal boat tour. The food and service was good. We ate on the patio since we had our 2 toy schnauzers with us. They are doggie friendly.

Our very first (and last visit) we went on a Friday evening and I guess 6:00 pm was too late. They were out of most items. They only had pork and turkey left. We got the pork, Mac n cheese and Cole slaw. The cole slaw was delicious. The Mac and cheese was dry, flavorless, and mushy. The pork was so dry I almost choked on it, so my husband ate it instead. Being a veteran, he will eat anything, although he did complain that the pork wasn't even warm. Lol. Maybe if we had gone earlier in the day things would have been fresher. The atmosphere is wonderful and the music is great.

Waited 15 minutes for my pick up o placed online. 3 minutes before my scheduled pickup time I get a call to say they are out of the food I ordered. Pretty sure they knew that when I placed my order and could have called sooner.

Online ordering went down, no big deal, so we ordered inside. Staff was so friendly and helpful and the service is incredibly quick!

idk if it was just a bad day or what , but my first time here and probably my last . everything was cold . The turkey I thought tasted more like a ham and I’m not sure why , but no real smoke flavor on anything . The Mac and cheese was very watery and runny . The street corn was very bland just tasted like canned corn with hot Cheetos on it . the chicken legs weren’t bad , but cold . Everything was really lacking flavor / spice and temp .

My family of 4 along with my mother in law stopped in to this bbq place for lunch. Not busy. Only like 2-3 other people stopped in to get lunch while we were there. Let me tell you, the person who does the cooking knows what he is doing! The brisket was top two briskets I’ve ever had. Juicy, tender, perfect amount of seasoning. My two sons got the smoked chicken leg and it was spot on as well. My wife got the brisket sandwich and she raved about it was the best she’s had. My mother in law got the pulled pork and she was blown away by how good it was. I can honestly say that whenever we visit, we will plan to make this a stop on our schedule. Without a doubt some of the best BBQ in Ohio. In fact, I frequently travel to Houston for work and the Roscoe BBQ is definitely as good if not better than many BBQ joints I have been to in Texas.
