Didn’t ask for a bug in my taco, lmao. Everything was great till thank god I found that before I ate the next bite. Probably a quality control issue from the lettuce or something but I hope for better.

Disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe our experience at this Taco “Hell.” My sister and I came to this Taco Bell hopeful for a good time, just to have our innocence stripped away.
We ordered at the kiosk… I got a Crunchwrap combo and my poor sister got a Cantina Chicken Quesadilla, a special here at Taco Bell. We sat and waited for our meal. It took longer than normal for the food to be made but that’s not even the bad part. They finally called my name out and as I walked to get it I saw they forgot our cups and my Baja Freeze. I waited for a little over a minute before a man finally came and gave me my cups when I asked. He told me they don’t carry the Freeze that I ordered at their kiosk but eventually said they could offer me a different type of freeze.
Overall, the worst part was the abomination of a quesadilla someone had the audacity to give us. I attached a picture of what we got vs what is normally expected at every other Taco Bell.

They were out of almost everything, I got a chicken cantina bowl because that’s the only protein they had, no lettuce so I ask for extra tomato as replacement and they charge me for it lol (didn’t even get extra, got a normal amount), then proceed to give me no forks or napkins even tho there was 3 people with the back door open talking they could have done a better job ….

Management sucks I don’t will never return i watched the general manager walk outside smoke a cigarettes she walked back in i entered behind her before order I observed her to see was she going to 20 second hand was after a smoke and she started preparing orders that was a very much turn away from eating food from there
