I don’t normally leave reviews (especially bad ones) but after a handful of bad experiences I feel the need to warn people. My “hot” matcha was ice cold and the cup was only half full. Hash brown also ice cold. The employees seem angry and don’t even say a word to you at the drive through window. Way better options out there for breakfast in Coshocton!

I went through the drive-thru at 5:00 when they opened and the cashier told me that they didn't have any donuts cuz they just opened at 5:00. When you go to a donut shop they should have donuts already made and ready for customers by 5:00. She gave me old donuts from the day before.

I’m with door dash, so I represent the customer who ordered and can’t be there. The workers knew I was there for door dash and had me wait 15 minutes to receive customers order; didn’t provide me with receipt or drink, and when asked about it; I was completely ignored and not helped. So the “customer” didn’t receive what they ordered. I am always patient and kind with workers and they were very rude and did not do their job correctly, which in turn can make me look bad as well being that I have to deliver to the customers. I hope this company can be more considerate forthcoming.

Drove 40 miles for a coffee. Ordered extra large coffee 4 cream 4 sugar. Black haired employee with glasses took my order. Filled it up to the top with coffee. No cream no sugar. Had coffee all over the place trying to add the cream and sugar. Heard the employee say he didn’t care as I was trying to fix it. I don’t care either. Will definitely not be returning to that location.

Tim’s is my fav place to go. The Kayla girl stalks Tim Hortons. Must’ve been a busy night cause nobody parks in the handicap spots, 5 stars all around
My ice coffee was made the way I like it. Plus the customer service is fast and very polite. They get my order done with a smile and your on your way!

Employees park by the door so customers can't, door dash uses the handicap spots for pickups.Employees demonstrate mob mentality over nonsense, very unprofessional, and even threatening. I tried to call the number to report and use the app, but they froze my stuff so I can't make a formal complaint and the number left of these reviews is bogus, but I should have know that from the typo.Employee play on their phone and act bothered by customers wanting to place orders, and even refuse some people orders.They are always out of basic food items. Employees give away foods and drinks to people they like. ?My issue, I had sexual relationship (8years ago) with one of the employees current affairs. She didn't know, now she knows they won't serve me decently.I went in for a coffee with a friend when said employee was off work, the working employee called all the other employees in to attack and threatening me. Even saying I had to leave the lobby or they would have me forcefully removed. Which lawfully couldn't be done, cause I literally did nothing but drink coffee with a friend. The off duty employee tried to entice me to fightThey already spoke together to put a story together to give the district manager. Absolutely unreal. I feel like I'm in a tiktok story time ⏲️ ?I guess coffee connection will be getting my business, which is crazy because I have been going to this Tim's, even through the worst service, since 2005. Sometime even 3 times a day. ?Also I hear Roscoe has a new coffee shop in the back of Indian Bear Winery on Whitewomam St.I have also hear West Lafayette has a new coffee shop, The French Preas Café, I think it's on Railroad St, but I am not sure.

Seems like they don’t want any customers coming through so they act a certain way to avoid working. And when they do work, the food is wrong, fix it. Grilled chicken panini was a grilled cheese. Can’t remember the other mistakes from the times before quite vividly but this was the last time I come here. I don’t get it. Paid 8 bucks for 2 grilled cheeses. Never wrote a review before but it seems like reviews don’t really help given that I’ve seen other 1 stars. Does giving this change anything or am I wasting my time?

Worst service ever manager on duty let's the employees scream and carry on and the employee taking orders wants to yell and carry on and can't even get the order right because she is to busy yelling and being loud and shoves the order out the window to you because I guess waiting on customers interrupted all the employees yelling and goofing off definitely will not return couldn't even order everything we wanted to because the girl taking orders stopped listening after the 1st item
