The guy working had such an attitude,,, if you order inside they're going to go slower than usual. If the drive-thru is busy. They will completely ignore. You, give you funny looks to roll their eyes. No wonder the entire dining room is empty, I'm guessing that's common for this location.
The drive-thru is like Christmas morning for a poor family with ten kids. You may not get everything you ask for (or maybe anything you ask for) but they try to make sure that everyone at least gets something and they expect you to show gratitude.
Lately your sausage croissants have been sloppily thrown together and the croissant or muffins are always burned. I used to make a special trip to town just for your croissants. No more.
