Stopped here for lunch while traveling from out of town. Food was made to order & restaurant was very clean, including restrooms. Paul greeted me at the counter & was friendly & helpful as I needed to make a correction on the order I’d made thru the mobile app.

The 6pm manager and the employee Ryan, were amazing. They not only solved my previous issues, but made me feel taken care of and appreciated. Id recommend to anyone, ordering from this establishment

We ordered several orders of the sausage gravy and biscuits and there wasnt even enough gravy in all the orders together to equal enough for a single order. In the same order we also ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit and recieved an egg and cheese biscuit instead. We had to wait forever and the food was cold when we attempted to eat it.

My son went in for an interview and the woman that did the interview was unprofessional because she was on her phone and she was rude to him
I ordered two 10 piece saucy nuggets and they were not cooked. When I called in they admitted that their timer was not working properly, and to make it right I would have to bring them back right away. I live 20 minutes away.

I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes waiting to order. Not a single person would look over to me except a woman who came over and put on an apron. She said I'll be with you a minute then immediately went and walked over to the drive-thru started taking orders took several orders and still ignored me. I walked out and went to another restaurant. Worst service I have ever had in a Wendy's restaurant.

The food is great however service is really slow at times as for atmosphere they need to do some firing and hire new people so they can improve service and atmosphere until they hire new people and improve on service and atmosphere I be going to a different location to spend money there I used stop there to order food for my family totals up to a hefty sum of money around paid when I had stopped there to eat so be spend my money at the newcomerstown establishment until they do improvements there and my rating will stay the same until they show improvements have a nice day
