We tried this subway for the first time to day and it was awesome. Very clean, great food, and the man that did are order was great too. I didn't get his name but it says we was served by 999997. Just wanted to say thank you.

The guy Chris that work there was amazing and did everything I asked plus more always will go to crestline subway he washed his hands before putting on gloves and talk to me letting me know everything they had and made my sub how I like it very good service

Dietary restrictions: They will switch gloves after they touch anything for you and you can ask him what they have in it and they will tell you. And if they don't know they'll ask their boss

I order 2/21/24 on the app for delivery. When I received my order I only got ONE of the items that I ordered. There was no customer support number for me to reach out to and since their delivery on their app is through doordash and I didn't do it from a doordash account I was unable to get ahold of a support person. I submitted a ticket for this subway as well as called NUMEROUS times and no one picked up. I've called several times since and STILL no one has answered...
