got food from drive-thru today; food & service was decent but the Dr Pepper had no syrup - light brown seltzer water basically; satisfaction really depends on which crew is currently working

Took my best friend on a date here and it was wonderful. Food was great. Company was better but that is always to be expected. Appreciate the staff here. Thank you all so much for a wonderful meal

This is a newer, open-air feel Arby's. While not extremely large, it has plenty of modern amenities, particularly Dining Room amenities. I really appreciated this Arby's. It exceeded my expectations. It was an unexpected Oasis. All Arby's locations need not be identical. I have always appreciated the uniqueness of different Arby's locations. This Howe Road location was an unexpected pleasant surprise. The Counter folks and Cooks were also very friendly; very Arby's. They were consistent, including their food quality.

The only positive comment I have from my experience today (1/10/26), the employees are nice.

Went in about 12 o'clock, was acknowledged within a reasonable time frame. Great 👍.

But then I noticed, about 2 employees , a cook and a front lead. 🤔

Its lunchtime, and the store appears understaffed for a Saturday.

A large family of 6 had just finished and left, another family 5 was ordering ahead of us, and I was a party of four.

About the time we ordered, two additional employees arrived.

When we found a table to eat at, it hadn't been cleaned yet, some crumbs, manageable.

The pump of condiments were filled, except for the honey mustard, which I was able to get from behind the counter.

One sandwich came with cheese on it even though 'no cheese' was ordered.

The buns seemed off, like fresh wise.
The meat on the sandwich, was hardly warm.

The chicken tenders, though precooked, had not been fried long enough and/or sat out to long after being fried.

Kinda how when you're undstaffed and you pre make orders before the order is taken, to try and keep up with getting food out. 🤔

But that never a good play. The customers experience is negatively impacted.

We did not finish our meals unfortunately,

I come here from time to time while driving through route 8 and this is a good Arby's. Food is good and the atmosphere is great here. Workers are nice as well

Not only did they tell me it would cost extra to put the sauce on the side instead of on my sandwich, but when I just asked for light red ranch for my beef and cheddar, they gave me no ranch or cheese.

The time before this when I went there, the beef was sliced really thick and wasn’t juicy at all.

I wanted to give this location another chance, but next time I’ll drive all the way to Graham Road. Aka the good Arby’s in Falls!

We ordered two crispy burgers and they gave us three and then they acted like it’s nothing that they didn’t even say sorry and they gave us mac & cheese. We didn’t even order mac & cheese and they also gave us four Coca-Cola’s.

Philly cheese steak was completely inedible. It was soaked in so much mayonnaise (they were out of garlic sauce) that the bread was soggy and falling apart.

Went there on 8/8/2025 was there at approximately 415pm. The person working the window was rude AGAIN to me and apparently to the person in front of us as well because they made her refund them. She gave the person in front of us our order then tried to pass it off to us after the previous customer went thru the bag before hand. When I called her out on it she copped an even worse attitude so I asked for my money back. I had to ask her 3 times to give me my money back while enduring her attitude while doing so and she hadn't even put it in the register yet. Then when I was pulling away she shouted what sounded like obscenities at us. All this because she messed up atleast 2 orders in a row. This person should not be working with customers because she lost you money on atleast 2 orders today because if her attitude. I will not be returning nor will anyone I know be coming to this location until this issue is rectified. If I pull up to the speaker and hear her or see her in the window I will leave and report her again. Absolutely horrible to have to deal with this as a paying customer.

Lady that is always working the drive thru is so rude. And has apparently been working there for awhile according to other reviews. She just shoves the food at you and slams the window and when you sit there to ask for sauce she opens the window and goes “Can I HELP you?” Like you’re ruining her life.

I would give 0 stars if i could. Spent fifteen minutes at the speaker, half an hour in the drive thru, they ran the card 15 times, then i received the world's worst chicken tenders and half of my meal was missing.
