I ate every last bite. I can't speak for the franchise as a whole but the Akron Bob Evans was perfect. They did my order as requested and it looked great. It was so big I couldn't believe when I was done.

We ordered the Thanksgiving Day feast., to save my 80 yr old mother and myself (60) some time in the kitchen. I ordered on line and went and picked it up. I arrived at the restaurant and went inside to pick up our feast, which is advertised to feed 8-10 people.We had 8 people altogether including myself and my mother. Once inside the restaurant I was directed to drive around back where I picked up my food from the back of a box truck. I really expected to receive fresh food from inside the restaurant. What I got was 1 huge box. Everything precooked, prepackaged and frozen at a factory somewhere. I was aware that it would be cold and we would have to heat it all up. I was not aware that it came from a factory and I had to get it from the back of a truck. We paid $165 plus a $25 tip for this crap. I would like to know who the tip went to? I was thinking it was for kitchen staff working hard to prepare this food but since that was not the case, who got the tip? The turkey was a very small breast, I ended up cooking a whole other turkey im order to make sure our 8 people got enough. The hickory smoked ham was 4 small pieces, which we cut in half to make sure everyone got a bite. Green beans and ham... I saw no ham just a whole lot of onions. It was disgusting. Instant mashed potatoes. The best thing about this meal was the pumpkin pie and the rolls. It took over 2 hours to transfer to oven safe casserole dishes and warm up. And also let's not forget the 5 hours to cook a 2nd turkey. And I don't know what they seasoned the turkey with but also disgusting. We will never do this again! I could of done it all for 1/3 the cost and it would have tasted so much better. I have always been a huge fan of Bob Evans! I've always loved their food. But they truly dropped the ball on this one. So disappointed. I do not recommend this at all.

Update November 25th at six people walk by me nobody acknowledged me until some lady finally did some young man actually talked to two people ahead of me didn't say anything until the young lady that did ask me if I had been helpful chit chat with a customer hot chocolate coffee anyways I would have lowered it to 1:00 but she was so nice I just lowered it to two I do update if things get better
The food quality is always excellent but the portions have shrunk down in the prices are a little bit more but I guess that's just the world we live in now the biscuits are fantastic hard to be I had the chicken fried steak with gravy substituted the hash browns for steamed broccoli which was really good and the eggs are almost always perfect but we are in the age of shrinking portions in higher prices

I want to compliment the Manager, Justin, who is extremely nice and professional in all situations. Also, there is a server by the name of Alyssia, who is so very kind and goes above and beyond and brings so much sunshine in her personality! Always a pleasure to visit the Howe Road location.

Food was amazing, atmosphere was unmatched. Our server, Bri was so amazing and helpful! She recommended me great food and I was super happy! If you’re there on the weekend ask for Bri as your server and you won’t be disappointed :) 5 stars all around

The food was good. It was busy. Im sure that they're understaffed as it is everywhere but most of the servers I saw were hustling with a smile.

Took forever to get service, the lady was very nice but there was a skeleton crew so she had to do everything. I felt bad for her its not her fault it took a while for the food to come out. Food was similar to a continental breakfast, pankacakes were small and there was a really small portion of potatoes. skip this place and go to a local breakfast place. These chain resteraunts drag down the rest of the restaurants in this area. I would rather eat at macdonalds than go the terrible quality served at Bob Evans.
