Driving Songs

I was at this location yesterday evening. Saw several employees berating a young girl working there about not moving fast enough. She looked like she was about to cry. How poor is your evening management to embarrass a coworker like that in front of customers? Completely unprofessional. If I was that young girl, I would have flung some guac in the manager's rude, pathetic face and walked out.

The food was good, the kitchen area was very messy where food is being served and the staff barely spoke. The music is very loud and it's hard to sit in there and eat and have a conversation.

Bad first impression. I ordered online for a pickup about 50 minutes prior to pickup time I chose. When I arrived, they had missed my order somehow and it wasn’t ready. No apology and rude customer service.

I ordered three bowls from here and they were the saddest things I’ve ever seen. I paid for double chicken but received about 10 pieces in the middle of each bowl. Even the amount of lettuce was skimpy. What a disappointing dinner for my family.

The worst chipotle in NE Ohio maybe in the entire USA. They are very inconsistent, everytime I go they are out of the main ingredients; EVERYTIME! This restaurant have terrible costumer service and the manager at this location is rude as well. The food quality is crap, if you don’t have the main ingredients SHUT DOWN.

We went there and got it the day before we were gonna go on a cruise my friend got food poisoning from chipotle and woke up throwing up for hours then we went on the crews and the whole 5 days he was throwing up it ruined the vacation do not go there. The staff is rude and a dog jumped on the table and started eating my food.

Chipotle has become such a joke. This is how much dressing they give you with the salad, and then charge for extra.

5 Star Aesthetics

Unfortunately this Chipotle has a giant sign in the window saying it closes at 11PM. However I have arrived several times at 9PM and they are consistently out of steak or saving it for online orders only. There grill is completely shut down by 9pm. They also start closing at 9pm meaning there was no lemonade or other beverages in the containers and once they run out of something that’s it. This is unacceptable since there supposed to close 2 hours later!!

I love how they prioritize online orders in front of in-store customers, especially at lunch time. You'll be waiting 20 minutes with two people in front of you every time.

Truly, I feel 1 star is generous. This location is one of those that you have to walk in and see if the food is edible. The last three times I’ve attempted to get food here, they are completely out of white rice, and if they do have it, it’s undercooked/ overcooked and feels like you’re eating sand.

They are arguably the most rude, operationally focused food establishment. They do not care how they speak with people and have -100 in customer service communication. They are too lazy to even out “out of white rice” at the door and instead have it where you order, so I just walked in for nothing. But I see it, and the employee just says “yep” and turns around to talk more with her co-workers.

I’d drive to the Brimfield location if you want anything edible and some decent customer service. This location is deplorable. I legitimately saw an employee reach her bare hands in the rice bucket to grab a piece of chicken she was cutting up that fell in it while she was on the back line. Mind you, she walked from the back and didn’t wash her hands.

It’s so sad. As I remember, when this location was the best, after about 6-7 manager changes, everyone good left or quit caring. So the food and service reflect that. I wish this review could do something to fix it, but I’m sure just some person who’s debating on getting this will see it and hopefully be spared.
