Place is the best Dunkin around. With that being said (and this is hard to do) it’s the worst Dunkin around. Having an app thar allows you to order ahead and earn points is sweet, except this location NEVER accepts mobile orders as of late. I mean none. Zero. Always too understaffed. Either pay them what they are worth so they stay or suck it up and allow mobile ordering. Quickest way to go from 5 stars to 1
I’ve given this Dunkin sooooo many chances and I think I’ve finally decided to stop. I came 10 minutes before I needed to leave for work..ordered my coffee..(a medium shaken espresso) waited the whole 10 minutes noticing others who ordered after me were getting there coffee before I said anything to the people behind the counter. Finally I went up and asked how much longer and they couldn’t give me an answer because there were still people ahead of me waiting. Then proceeds...
I go there every day and usually I’m very satisfied but today was like the third time I ordered bacon avocado toast get to work and there is no bacon on the bacon avocado toast tried to call the store. They don’t answer the phone. Otherwise the staff is great love the place, I do go there every day
