If you haven't gotten the point that your customer service is sh**,then as a family owned company you just don't get it!!! I grew up in the Falls and haven't ordered here in probably 25 years at the Akron location. I never will again, and will tell everyone I encounter not to! Guy answering the phone and at the window is a downright JERK that needs to find a different job!!! Sad that a strong Italian owned family company has come to this! Disgusting will never eat there!!!
2nd time I've ordered and received raw fried chicken. Absolutely terrible. Looking forward to the food poisoning I just received. Never again. Overpriced and Undercooked.
