Best sauce ive tasted on pizza, 40 minute delivery and my food was warm enough to eat, gotta order again

Just bought 2 spaghetti and meatball meals for carryout (I don't think you can eat in.) They were great; still piping hot when we got home. Salad, large, hot mini loaf of buttery bread included. Have paid three times as much for the same type food and enjoyed it far less. This is the fourth time we've eaten their food and enjoyed it each time. Don't go there, it will get popular and the prices will go up.

My daughter lives in Cuyahoga Falls so when we visit and eat, I always want to get Emidio and Sons. I love their spaghetti and meatballs. So good and the amount you get is great. I can't recommend them enough.

It used to be good. And I want it to be again- but the staff strives so hard to be unhelpful and rude. They clearly don’t care. Forcing folks to order online is a deal breaker.

I actually have no idea how good the three pizzas I ordered are as I was purchasing them for a new coworker that was moving back to the area. A sort of welcome home here let me buy you dinner thing. I spent $80 on three pizzas. Had to go through the drive-through to pick up the pizza and I asked for some paper plates and napkins due to my coworker not being moved in yet. The guy working the window, Jared, Said there was a charge for the paper plates - Ridiculous. If I wanna spend almost 100 bucks on Pizza, you can’t just toss me a couple plates? I said no, and mention that I thought his sign was silly “Does not accept cash in 50’s or 100’s unless the total is within $20. 3% on all CC payments.” And then charging for four paper plates on top of it. DUDE, LOST HIS MIND!!! Decided to tell me that every restaurant charges for paper plates, Texas roadhouse…. Whatever else he named. I expressed that he didn’t need to be so offended and get upset. “ He said oh I have to listen to your stupid opinion, but you don’t have to listen to mine?” Valid question so I said OK go ahead and speak. All he did was stand there and yell at me. He said He owns two businesses and knows what he’s doing. Children to the other side of the building and met a guy named Taylor. I told Taylor what has happened and that this was my first time here. All Taylor did was apologize for Jared’s behavior over and over again. Sounds like Jared’s got some anger problems he needs dealt with. Would love for the owner, Christopher, to contact me. I’d like my money back or for Jared to call me and apologize. Learn how to treat people.

This establishment has been around for a long time. And it never disappoints. I usually order the lasagna dinner, it comes with bread and a salad and I always get 2 or 3 meals out of just the one entrée. It's a good meal for a good price.

I don't order from emidios very often, and this is the one on main street, but when I do I would like it to be done right. The hardest part is calling the establishment. The male person that works the drive-thru window is intimidating and mean. Recently I ordered a small pizza and it was burnt and the crust was heaped up on the sides and the cheese pooled to the middle. This is not what I'm used to. Usually the pizzas are much better a little bit bigger because it was sliding around in the box and this one was burned. I pulled away from the drive-thru and looked at it and what made me look at it is the fact that it was sliding around in the box. When I looked at it I couldn't believe it. Because this person is so hard to deal with I gave it a second thought do I really want to put myself through that, but I spent $12 on the pizza and some sauces and I had to say something. I was very nice to him but as soon as I got to the window I was met with a mean face and a very bad attitude and so I stuttered my way through it because he's intimidating. I asked him I would like you to make this over. He's like why! And I discussed with him about it being overdone and cheese pooling sliding into the middle.... It was overdone. I never took a bite of it I was still in the parking lot. He said I'm not making it over there's nothing wrong with it. He didn't even look at it. So with the monotone voice I said, okay, I am the customer and you know and I started to describe what was wrong with it again. He said, I'll put more cheese on it but I'm not making another one for you. There was no discussion, so I just let him do what he wanted. I've dealt with him for a number of years at different times especially when I used to do food delivery. He's very mean. I'm sure he's a hard worker, and I know it's a rough area over there at times, but people should not be treated like that. I can deal with his attitude but having my pizza made like this was not acceptable so now what do I do? I had to just take what he gave me and try to see if I can eat some of the cheese off of it and make some semblance of a meal out of this. I am going to speak with a manager tomorrow to see if I can get a replacement. I can say one thing other than if the manager would be kind enough to give me a replacement that I will never be back to this particular location. It's not worth the stress and the meanness of this person. And the worst thing about it is he doesn't care he's like that. I wish that he wasn't like that but he is. I'm just glad it was me that dealt with him and not somebody else that might be going through a really hard thing in life and not needing that kind of treatment. I can take it, but I just want my pizza done right for the money I paid.
