“Just had a great dinner. The best food we have had in a long time. Mushroom Carbonara for my wife, Japanese sea bass for me. Delicious, we had beef tartare for appetizer. Great service. Even the manager was bussing tables (which to me a sign of a well run place where everyone does what it takes). Good job.“

“Just returned from another excellent experience at Edgar's! The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was attentive, professional, and courteous. The food, 7 orders, drinks, and deserts were superb!
