“Skoops in Barberton is by far my favorite ice cream shop. They have a large menu and always have new flavors to try. The homemade GF, DF options vary. They always have vanilla bean, and it's amazing. They also have different GF, DF flavors weekly. My husband loves the frosted yellow cake in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. It has chucks of cake and chocolate. It's not GF, DF. I ordered a scoop of soft serve cake batter and a scoop of fudgesicle. “This place is worth the drive . Exceptional food, not like any other restaurant I've ever had. I got the shrimp po boy with fries, my partner had the hot dog combo- he said it was excellent. No indoor seating right now. The owner came out to talk with us, she is so sweet and genuine; just doing her thing out here with some great great recipes.
