“Our food was flavorful, and the amount served was bountiful. Hot tea was wonderful. You can smell the jasmine. The meal was well priced as well. Unfortunately, the server, a young man, was not hospitable and forgot our fried rice. The other server, the lady, was nice and attentive. The bathroom was clean.Parking: We were there late at night, one hour before their closing time. Thus, parking wasn't a problem. It can be a problem during dinner rush.Kid-friendliness: They have plenty of high chairs to accommodate customers with toddler.“
“Had chicken tacos and enchiladas for lunch while waiting on my car to be serviced at one of the nearby dealers. Food was very good. Liked the salsa and chips. Good service. Nice interior. AC was working just find. Will schedule my oil change around lunch time so I can eat here again.“
“A friend of mine had a birthday here, and the tables sat all 13 of us comfortably. The wait to get seated was quite long, probably 20 to 30 minutes after our party was assembled, even though we had a reservation. This was on a weekday night, so plenty of tables were available. Once we were seated, our server, Emma was spectacular - very organized, and explained to us what the process was so that we could keep things flowing smoothly. She also asked about food allergies and was able to make sure everyone was accommodated, even though there is a single Grill, where all the food is prepared. When the chef came out, he was also a wonderful, and obviously very experienced. I wish I had gotten his name so I could give him the credit he deserves. The entertainment value was quite high, and I’m pretty sure it was the best that I have ever seen - He was very coordinated, and his jokes were funny. He was able to keep all the food separate to accommodate the food allergies. The whole dinner, including the waiting was just under three hours. As far as the people we interacted with this is restaurant is definitely worthy of five stars. The food itself was also top notch. I had salmon, and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The reason I chose 4 stars instead of five was because of the delays. I will definitely eat here again.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options here were definitely not an afterthought, but intentionally designed to be inclusive of all different diets and preferences.“

“This is hands down one of the best hibachi restaurants in Akron!!!! 5stars.. everything fresh.. I even watched them scramble a fresh egg in my fried rice. I ordered chicken and shrimp. The shrimp are really jumbo.. I’ll definitely be back!“
“This was my first time going to the Phoenix Express in Stow. When I walked in to my surprise there weren't very many people but as soon as they took our order they were very busy at work. I wanted to try the Sushi Omakase after seeing pictures online. I thought I would have to travel at least 15-45 minutes to get this sushi anywhere else and was very pleased to see this here. What a hidden gem! Highly suggest this place, the customer service was top tier and they even came out and explained each piece of sushi to us! It was like art! Very enjoyable and highly recommended.Dietary restrictions: The chef was kind enough to ask if we had any allergies before preparing our food.Parking: Lots of spots in Stow plaza.Kid-friendliness: Looked like a nice open atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible.“
“I started coming here for the hibachi when they first opened and it’s always been great! The flavor, portion, and price can’t be beat. Their egg rolls are THE BEST and we’ve never been disappointed by anything we’ve tried there.This time we went I was undecided on what to get and the server recommended I try the pho. OMG was this so so GOOD! (Hence the review)Really the food is always great no matter what we get, but the amount of flavor in that pho blew me away so I had to drop a review.“
“I’m really impressed! I have gotten takeout twice now and everything is so fresh and delicious. The crab rangoons are the best I’ve ever had. Have also gotten the egg rolls, chicken teriyaki on a stick, sweet and sour chicken, and general tso’s chicken. All great. The portions are so generous for lunch, and at $8.95 it’s a great deal. Service is excellent and the restaurant is very clean. Thank you guys, you’re my favorite lunch spot now. :)“
“They are really good on details. They are good on delivering on time. They also offered customization on the items we ordered. I would recommend this place if you have a gathering and you need a large quantity of foods. I will recommend the Salmon, Shrimp and Chicken, and the steak.“
