I stopped by KFC recently and was genuinely impressed with how good everything was. The chicken was crispy, hot, and flavorful—just like it should be. You can tell it was freshly made, not sitting around under a heat lamp.
The service was just as good as the food. The team was friendly, quick, and made sure my order was spot on. The restaurant was clean, the drive-thru moved fast, and everything felt organized and well-run. You can tell the management takes pride in the place.
Overall, this KFC has become one of my go-to spots when I want something fast, filling, and satisfying. Definitely worth the visit!

We went to the store in Macedonia Ohio on 6/5/25 in the afternoon around 3:00 and was greatly disappointed. Furst off all, it was absolutely freezing in there. The cashier was rude, threw our change on the counter which slid off onto the floor. My husband is going on 80 years old so picking it up isn’t the easiest. Our chicken sandwiches were good, chicken was very meaty. the fries were barely warm, hardly ate them. one employee came out from the back talking and laughing on her cell phone nearly the whole time we were there. Very rude and annoying. We didn’t care that her friend was graduating etc. Just before we left, she finally went outside to talk. She had her backpack on so we assumed she was off the clock and waiting for a ride? Will we ever go back? Absolutely not!
