The restaurant and play area are filthy. Not a single clean table anywhere. The floor had more fries than my tray. Not sure if the drink station has ever been cleaned. There was a slushy spilled on thw floor when we got there, and still there when we left. Not a single employee came out to mop it up or clean a single table. Im pretty sure part of serve safe is cleanliness and sanitation......I'd guess the last time anyone correctly used a mop in the dining room and play area was last year.

The last taking orders at the drive through was severely rude. Food was sloppily made and thrown into the bag all messy. Ridiculous.
Edit: came back to try again and I pay $5 for this thin of a burger? Why??

3 of 4 sandwich were totally wrong. The bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle was just two cakes with nothing on between!!! The sausage egg and cheese eagle was ham and cheese on a mcmuffin. NEVER go there.

Atmosphere? There is none anymore. Service god forbid you ask for anything from them you either get a tone in their voice or a look in their eye so yea and as fir the food it is hit or mostly miss. I order a cook to order dbl hamburger no ketchup and I pull up and pay then get my burger and immediately open it to take a bite and it's warm at best it's been years since I got a hot hamburger and no sense discussing the fries. Idn maybe my standards were lower when I was younger but the way it is today it food that fills my gut without being enjoyable

Darcy is a very polite and honest person and had a smile on her face at 620am. Very helpful and patient. She definitely deserves a raise!

It was ok. We used the drive thru, got the food and were missing a medium French fry, but I stayed at the windows while I checked the bag... yes, that was me. And we got the fries replaced immediately. Cashier wasn't real friendly, more robotic, and that's ok, I didn't mind. It was an ok McDonald's experience.

Idk what it is about this mcdonald’s but they always mess up on food I’m upcharged for. If I pay for a large smoothie, I’m given a small or medium & they don’t even offer to remake it. If I pay for bacon instead of sausage at breakfast, they give me the regular sausage every single time. If I pay for a plain CHEESEburger, they give me a literal plain burger just bun and meat lol. Never worth going back by the time I get home but how consistent of a problem this is makes me just want to drive to the further locations moving forward.

Often forgets items or makes them wrong…probably because they hire a bunch of kids, rarely see any adults. Food comes out stale sometimes too.
Last 2 out of 3 times I got doordash from there, there is food missing. This morning I ordered 4 items; 2 hash browns, a sandwich, and a burrito. Door dash brought me a bag that was about as light as air and it only had a burrito... Not even close

Unfortunately, McDonald's can be hot or cold depending on the day. There's a lot of teenage workers that have their headsets in for their phone and will be having conversations. Also, I don't see a lot of hair nets over the food or gloves used when handling food at the counter. The girl who works the counter is friendly. She does have a disability so I give a little leeway but she can also be kind of rude where she will just walk past you while you're waiting. Or you'll have to call her over to the counter because she's standing there talking to someone or just ignoring you. Purposely and I'm not being mean I know this because I used to work there and I used to have to tell her to go help people all the time. For some reason she just continues to get away with it and it's infuriating. That said the management does try. The managers are all hard workers. It's just hard to keep a staff there because nobody wants to work nowadays. Also, McDonald's has gotten a little overpriced over the years. You could go to Applebee's spend the same amount of money and get a real meal and some atmosphere. However, if you have small children, this is a great place to go. They have the Playland there the tunnels a little slide in a separate area that's safe. It could be kept cleaner but you know what you got to take what you can get for free entertainment for kids. That's why I gave it four stars for atmosphere

Updated review. This location has gotten a lot better about their speed of service and order accuracy. Food quality is the same as any other McDonald's. Not great but not terrible.
