our food was either over seasoned or under seasoned. my baked potato was not cooked whatsoever. My steak was so hard to cut and not to mention my chicken tenders seemed like they were sitting under a heat lamp for a couple hours, if you want to call them “chicken tenders” I think its safe to say, we aren’t coming back.

ordered a fish dinner the fish was over cooked so badly the pieces were hard and did not have any white meat left was all brown. Meatball sandwich was horrible bun was SOAKED in some kind of oil and was falling apart. The best part of the meal was our server. With the service he provided he should work at a better restraunt than this.

Service was good, atmosphere was normal for an eatery but the food, was so so good. Group of six and we had everything from nachos and soft pretzel appetizers, two main courses of fried catfish, chicken parmesan, a smash burger, chicken tenders and an assortment of sides. Absolutely delightful and we cant wait to go back and try other menu items!

I ordered chicken tenders and the seafood combo platter. The portions were not what I expected. It was not as much as normal and the tenders were tiny. The staff worked hard to make it right which we appreciate greatly. We are long time fans of the restaurant and if the owner/management read this, they make sure they don't change the way things used to be.

My mom wanted to go here for her birthday dinner with our family (party of 10) on January 3rd. I called to make a reservation and the person who answered the phone said “Texas Roadhouse, how may I help you?”
Immediate red flag. I said “do you mean O’Charley’s?” She just laughed and said “yeah that’s what I meant.”
I then asked if they take reservations and she said “yes, for how many? what’s the name?”
I gave her the info she needed and she said she’d see us then.
Day of, we walked in and the host told us they don’t take reservations, only call aheads. I asked if the name was under that list, and he said he didn’t see anything. The host I was on the phone with seemingly lied and did not take down our names. REALLY weird but luckily it was completely dead in the restaurant and they were able to seat all 10 of us quickly.
Now I will talk about the food. The loaded cheddar soup tasted like feet and preservatives. The prime rib garlic pasta was completely cold. The mushrooms in said pasta were still raw and the meat was mostly just fat.
Two days later and go figure, I have food poisoning. I have always had small issues with this restaurant but almost everything about our experience was horrific.
The only redeemable quality they have is the waitress that took care of us. Either I didn’t catch her name or she just never told us, but whoever she was, she was very kind and attentive. If anyone working at this location reads this, SHAME ON YOU! Except for the pretty girl with the red hair and blonde money pieces. We loved you, girl!
Seriously do not ever go to this location or maybe any other O’Charley’s, considering it is a chain and I’m sure they all work pretty similarly.

I really don't know how this restaurant received 4 stars. The food was bland and disgusting. The waitress had the worst attitude. I ordered the Cajun pasta, it looked as if it had been sitting for awhile. The sauce on top was dry, the pasta was undercooked, the chicken on top of the pasta was frozen. My daughter had the salmon and it was dry and bland. How do you mess up chicken tortilla soup? I don't know bout they figured out way to do it. I'll never go there again. A waste of money. 2 thumbs down!

If this is an adult chicken tender dinner, I’m afraid to see what their kids meals look like.

This was delicious. I can't speak to the franchise as a whole but the Akron OCharleys has really good staple American comfort food. Get the rolls!

My cousin recommended this place and the food was amazing. I ordered a steak with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. Steak was juicy and cooked right, server was friendly, the food was fair priced, and they had a lot of options that looked really good besides the steak.

This comment is specifically to our visit on Thursday. The power went out city wide and the entire restaurant was in the dark. We sat there for over 20 minutes and there was no communication from staff or management. Was there a back up generator? What do we do about our bill if we have to leave before the power comes back on? Fortunately the power outage didn't last long but communication from a manager would have been helpful

We were seated in about 10-15 minutes. They weren't very busy, which is why I'm so confused why our food took 2.5 hours. By the time out food got here, we were no longer hungry & ended up taking our meal home..
