Seated right away. Had a few menu questions and Ashley had all the answers. Very friendly service and helpful. Food portions are huge

Excellent! We past this restaurant often but just never stopped in. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and $5 margaritas! I'll be back soon....maybe tomorrow. 😀
Update: The fish sandwich is amaaaaaaaazing! And don't sleep on the chicken tenders. And I highly suggest the mango margarita.

Food is consistently good. Went to much at O’Charleys’s

The booths was small for a bigger person the lighting was to dark. The food taste pretty good. I ordered a alcohol drink there was no alcohol in the drink. A $26.00 dollar steak meal was not worth the money it was a handful of food. I was disappointed. My first visit everything was excellent this second time, I will not eat here again. The male waiter was better. The meal was not worth $100.

So I don't make a ton of reviews online but this was bad.

Wife ordered us O'Charleys for delivery last night. Never again.

All three steak orders were extremely undercooked. Like, I had to finish cooking them here.

My mac n cheese was barely sauced and absolutely flavorless. My mashed sweet potatoes were flavorless too.

And something in one of the potato skins was hard, I nearly broke a tooth on it.

The Nashville hot eggs were also more like deviled egg salad because the delivery girl dropped them on our porch and they smashed together in the box.

I'd like to ask O'Charleys to reach out to Jessica Pfleger from 12/22/24 because this was horrible and worth nowhere near $90ish for 3 people

We typically come for the dinner however we decided to try the brunch menu today. After looking at the brunch menu and options my husband ordered his usual, regretfully I ordered breakfast. The French toast had no taste; it was only cooked on one side. The eggs were mid— the cheese helped the taste. Sausage was ok and the biscuit was super dry. The highlight of the meal was that our server was on point. Kuddos to Dishauna, she was excellent. Will we come back for brunch— absolutely not. For the price, we can find a better deal that taste much better at Bob Evans.

I played it safe with burger and fries but my wife had steak, which she said was unseasoned. My other friend ate only her potato… almost $100 spent won’t be back.
