I've been to this location several times, good food, no issues. Today I ordered food to be delivered to my fiancé at work and when he got it (bag was sealed) he opened it up, dumped his food out and with it fell a dead cockroach. When I called the store to report the problem the person that answered said "I'm sorry, that's gross." They didn't get the manager, didn't offer to remake my food, nothing. I'm not sure what the protocol is when someone calls with something like that...read full review
I always come to this Piada and it is always good. This time around
I ordered cannoli chips but did not receive them in my online order. I called and the situation was rectified immediately. The staff and manager were SO nice and apologetic about the mishap. The rest of our order was PERFECT. We will definitely be back :)
