Got a build your own salad and grass fed meatballs and they forgot the meatballs. And then after we got the meatballs, they had no sauce as pictured. Food was decent, however.

I love piada but every time I go to this location the workers are very rude. Tonight my food was not even good. The noodles aren’t cooked all the way and the tomato sauce seems watered down.

Food was great but manager was extremely rude.
Normally I enjoy my food but my pasta is pretty much swimming in alfredo sauce making it difficult to enjoy. Other than that service was fantastic

If the health department stopped by (please do!!!!) this would be shut down. The back kitchen is a disaster! Food all over the floor, food all over the prep counters. Employees not cleaning. Employees sitting on back counter tops.

The food was delicious ... But tonight my mom and I visited Piada and had the most wonderful experience. The girls were SO friendly. They gave actual quality customer service and cared that we were appreciated and well taken care of.
Then. The girls had no option for a tip ... No tip cup... No select a prompt. They gave quality customer service with no monetary value in mind. These girls killed it.
Definitely will be returning soon. Great job ladies ?

Not as pleasant as previous visits. We were in after the toledo volleyball team. Ordering staff person was very curt. Food was good. Pasta wasn't as hot as before. Cashier was very sweet! Bad days happen. I'm sure we will be back.

Food is solid. Under the fast casual genre, I give it 4 out of 5 stars. The noodles are just ok the toppings, meat, and sauces id say are above average. I really like the Italian sausage and the meatballs. Diavolo sauce is really good.. Veggies seem very fresh, and it's a nice spot to get a good portion size, eat, and get out.
Vegetarian options: Many selections for vegetarians. Think Chipotle concept with pasta.
Dietary restrictions: You pick and build your own salad, pasta bowl, or wrap. So any restrictions that you have can easily be avoided.
Parking: Very large free parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very large open dining and lower tables to accommodate wheelchairs seating and maneuvering.

Food was amazing, full of flavor, and fresh. When they put avocado on my wrap ot was scooped out of the avocado right there, not pre made. Very impressed with the flavor for the price.
