I spent 1 hour 20 minutes here. I ordered around 520pm for pick up around 7 through Instacart. Instacart said they started my order so I headed there and got there at 7 I was told it was cooking and would be out in 15 mins. At 715 no food. I wait and wait until finally it’s almost 8pm and I say cancel and refund me. The manager says okay one second COMES BACK 20 MINUTES LATER and says she can’t figure out how to cancel and so I’m TRAPPED. I paid $85 finally got my order...read full review
We just had dinner and the service by Sophie was excellent. Charles the cook/chef was alone in the kitchen and he was phenomenal. Everything was cooked perfectly. The taste was awesome. All around great experience.
I had a terrible experience with Nikkela. Her attitude was less than welcoming and she made me question if I even wanted to order. Then, the food was cold and old. I will never return to this location.
