The coffee and food is good, I’ve never had a weird experience there until today. I noticed my coffee was a little dark, which I got an extra shot so it made sense. I asked for a little extra oatmilk (like an inch) and they informed they’d have to charge me, I said that’d be fine. I figured it’d be the normal 60 cents or so for a little side, not a whole cup. They informed me it’d be 3 dollars and some change for the little side so I left without it. I’m just curious, is it 3 dollars now for a small side of extra milk?

Today is my birthday, and I had ordered my free drink online but when I came they said they hadn't received it. I offered to show my ID and that I have points on my account, and they said "that's okay, we are gonna make it regardless" and asked me for my order. The Baristas were the sweetest! They made my peppermint mocha very quickly and the decor was very cute for Christmas time. Great experience. I wish I had cash on me or else I would've tipped them both

I'm not one to typically leave a review, but I have had a horrible experience the last 2 times of coming to this Starbucks. This last time they refused to make the custom drink that I wanted and told me that they are 'not allowed,' which I know is not true since I have a family member who is a barista for Starbucks and created the drink so that I wasn't having as much sugar or caffeine while pregnant.
What you’d expect from a Starbucks. Has a nice outdoor patio for warmer weather! Friendly attentive staff as well. Seating was ok with a small cushioned couch and a longer conference / dinner style table. Music was a bit overbearing and loud.

Not the type of person to leave a good or bad review unless necessary. I have lived in multiple states with tons of experience going to different Starbucks locations. With this being said, the girl at the drive thru line was not kind or knowledgeable. I asked two questions and she didn’t know the answers and told me to google the Starbucks drink while in the drive thru line. As a business owner, I’d expect my employees to know common questions about the products we sell. At this particular location their drive thru is not a big place for you to just wait and google something. For the other question, she stated that I was getting expired products from a different Starbucks location. Energy was off for the morning due to this interaction.

I moved from this area and have 2 starbucks that are closer to me now. I still make the drive to the Howe ave starbucks whenever I can! This is the absolute BEST starbucks from someone who has lived like 6 different places. The employees are SO nice and my coffee is always made perfectly. Thank you guys for being the best from nitro cold brew Emily ?

This location, on Howe Avenue, is the first Starbucks in Greater Akron to attempt unionization, said Jacob Welsh, a field organizer with Workers United. Welsh said there are nearly 20 unionized Starbucks locations across Ohio, including nine around Cleveland.
